urusei - translated as "shut up", but the literal meaning it's more like "too loud" or "too noisy" for describing anoying people.

yakamashi - more literally means "shut up" or "be quiet"

I'm not really good at japanese grammar myself. I hope that helps. ^^

The urusanai you mentioned is yurusenai, which means unforgivable.

Who here can read Japanese?

This was on the Brownie Brown website hinting at a new game project.

I study a little Kanji but not enough to remotely understand this. Thanks in advanced if anyone can help translate it.

So the kanji that translates to: avoid, hot (weather), and earth or land = resort?

I guess that makes some sense, but how would anyone figure that out?

夏休み = summer vacation, not summer. Can't believe I'm making these kinds of mistakes.

Dictionary. I highly recommend JWPce (freeware Japanese word processor/dictionary/kan'ji lookup) if you can find a copy online.

I actually have that. Just never remember it has a dictionary in it.

Are there kanji compounds that don't exist as dictionary entries?

They took out the い because sometimes it is not pronounced with casual speech, and this little document looks about as casual as things can get. That's why you hear people say "aishiteru" instead of "aishiteru" in anime and such a lot.

"多忙" means "非常 に 忙しい".
Maybe your dictionary says that "多忙" means just "(very) busy".

JWPce shows 非常 に to mean "excedingly" or "very", also. Are you just translating it to "hell" to make it more interesting or is it a slang usage or something?

Talking Can some one tranlate this for me pls..

Hiya everyone, i was jus wondering if some one could translate this for me in to japanese kana

"To whom it may concern,
I am writing to explain the advantages of the Toyota factory in burnastoon, england. In my opinion burnaston was not the best site for the factory, But there are still many advantages to the factory such as the factory was built on flat land and near to a motorway, this should make transporting materials very easy, there are also a fair amount of unemplyed skilled workers whish sohould make finding employees a breeze.
Its near to an attractive country side which should hopefully keep the moods of the emplyees on the up side of things. Burnaston has good labour relations. Burnaston is not near to a port but with any luck Burnastons other qualities should make up for it.
I hope this letter has helped u get a vauge idea of the state in which the factory is in."

It seems to me that the toyota factory there is planning to close in Burnaston? Why do you wanna write this letter in japanese, I say write it in english and address it to the person in charge of Toyota Europe (ot Toyota England) I'm sure they'll understand.

Anyway, if the factory is leaving I know how it feels, my town was hit too by a big company leaving, considering that 80% of the people in town worked for it (directly and indirectly) you ccan imagine the social catasrophe afterwards...
