Actually, the whole title is just a play on words about the two meanings of "moe" (you probably actually read it "moetari, moetari"). I think "Crashing and Burning" is probably not the right translation, but it's a hard one to translate. It's probably more like "Sprouting and Burning with Passion" (even though that translation doesn't fit the pattern, and the first word is rather debatable since the whole thing is a play on words). There's nothing in there intended to imply failure or disaster.

LOL, if I didn't know better, I'd think they were reading my less than praising posts about them about certain things that happen near their end of their work.
Interestingly, "Crashing and Burning" also brings up literal memories of a certain event in True Tears around this time in its run. I guess one could also think of Another. Regardless, Tari Tari seems like a very self-aware show and flaunts it, and I like it as such. =p

Vice-principal was so tsundere for Wakana. But it's okay, she's going end up being part of Wakana's harem soon enough.
Wakana snapping to Konatsu felt a little odd considering all she has been through, even if she apologized at the end. I blame the writer, which isn't the one that usually handles the script. Hopefully the other guy will be back next episode. Wien going all superhero at the end was priceless though.
