I was personally hoping to see what the significance of his interactions with Jan were, but I suppose that aspect can be explored in future episodes.

The alternative translation, "Budding and Igniting", is consistent with the trend (I'm reading these as Chinese rather than Japanese characters now), but for some reason, it too sounds awful. Maybe it elicits images of new buds burning right after sprouting.

I just want to see if the Ganbaraiger have a giant robot, and if Wien will find some way to work that into the routine.

Interestingly, "Crashing and Burning" also brings up literal memories of a certain event in True Tears around this time in its run. I guess one could also think of Another.

Regardless, Tari Tari seems like a very self-aware show and flaunts it, and I like it as such. =p

Vice-principal was so tsundere for Wakana. But it's okay, she's going end up being part of Wakana's harem soon enough.

Wakana snapping to Konatsu felt a little odd considering all she has been through, even if she apologized at the end. I blame the writer, which isn't the one that usually handles the script. Hopefully the other guy will be back next episode.

Wien going all superhero at the end was priceless though.

Freeter beyond Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: in the club	Spoiler for ep 10: As if I needed any more convincing that this was the best show of the season, that final segment was just incredible. Wien's unwavering determination and the group's bravado entrance were truly inspiring. Of course, the earlier skits with Sawa's mom and the other council members were just as entertaining (especially thanks to Konatsu and her mad improv skills ). Vice Principal went full tsundere this ep. Seeing her race to hit the stop button when Wakana played the tape was just too cute Seems like it's graduation time already judging by the preview. Shame that we won't get Tari Tari: The College Years. This cast has really grown on me. __________________
