I think that the picture could be something to the OVA...since Nina's hair isn't long anymore? Just a guess though.

She did get back her school thou, oh well...

It's just Hirokazu Hisayuki doing random otome artwork. He does things like that occasionally. Besides, it's a perspective shot...it's not like Natsuki is *trying* to look *high and mighty*....artists just like playing around with different perspective angles. Plus Natsuki is one of Hisayuki's favorite characters.
