You should dl the pic on your computer and then upload it here (you will eventually figure how it works by trying it out a few times : ).

Because of the way the front of the hair looks, I'd say that's Teana.

Well....

Technically it isn't forbidden, per say...

Teana is Fate's assistant and partner as an Enforcer, after all.

I've got no idea how Nanoha would react to that, but I'm guessing Subaru would probably mope around a bit before making a move on the Ace of Aces.

Well, come SSX Teana is a full fledged Enforcer herself, so Fate's no longer her superior, merely a senior colleague.

What gave you the idea that Chrono/Amy was an arranged marriage?

If the marriage was his idea (and until proven otherwise, I'm guessing men propose to women in Nanoha), and he was the superior officer, I don't think Chrono can get in trouble for marrying his bridge crew. This is assuming, of course, Amy was stationed on his ship (as the only ship we know she's been on was under Lindy's command).

Unless I'm missing something from the Sound Stages.

I didn't think so. I know they were engaged during the Sound Stage of A's and in the epilogue, but I never heard that it was an arranged marriage.

Check the Nanoha Strikers manga. I don't remember which chapter but I do recall Chrono saying that he didn't plan it...

Chrono: "Well, there were various reasons..."

So it probably wasn't an arranged marriage but it was in a way planned...

But I could be wrong!
