ghost hound & kamichu animation and design

theres similarities between the two so im wondering if anyone knows animes that have this kind of design and animation

Gigantic Formula has the same character animation/design as Kamichu.

A quick check at ANN shows the two shows had the same character designer, Oka Mariko.

wagaya no oinarisama has the same look.

Ghost Hound gave me the same feeling Higurashi did.(Animation wise maybe less cute chars)
BTW Ghost Hound is one my favorites.

Interesting, SeijiSensei - I'd missed that. I actually mentioned on the GH threat way back that Tarou looked a lot like a male version of Yurie.

I must confess no other TV anime strongly remind me of these two shows - both are about as strong in the visuals department as any TV not named Moribito. I agree that Wagaya no Oiniri-sama has somewhat similar character designs (and is a good show) but the animation itself is nowhere near as good.

i was originally going to add wagaya no oiniri sama in the main post but also realized the gap in animation
