Are you talking as if Teru were the dealer (i.e. Teru double riichi's on her first turn, then Kirame deals in to her), or not the dealer (Teru never draws at all)? If Teru double riichi's/is the dealer and Kirame deals in to her, then that's just a double riichi (even if it's within the first go-around), not a Renho. Renho only applies if someone deals into you before you have even drawn/discarded a tile at all.

Here is the suggestion rules: Those without any colours are considered still can work.. Bolded red- Does not work anymore. Bolded Blue- Still ok, but dangerous. Bolded Green- in the middle. I will requote this after every episode. If you have any new suggestions feel free to voice it out. (Its free.)

This was a pretty good episode... but if Teru wins literally every hand next week (after doing so this week, and all but two hands the first week) that's going to be awfully anti-climatic and frankly boring to me. What's the point of spending so much time on Toki like this, and building her up this way, if she doesn't actually get anywhere in the match itself?
And please, people, no spoilers on this. The cameo appearances at the beginning and end of the episode were really nice. The Toki scenes are great... if they actually lead somewhere even mildly productive.

Triple_R: The point is the fact that despite Toki being able to see into the future, it's STILL not enough to stop Teru's rampage. It's pretty much adding to Teru's rep.
That, and so we can sympathize with this poor sick girl who's pushing herself to try and stop a speeding freight train going at close to mach speed.

There is such a thing as overdoing things, you know. You don't need a completely one-sided match to accomplish this. I felt sympathy for the catgirl (her name escapes me right now) in Saki vs. Koromo vs. Yumi vs. her, and that match had at least some back-and-forth to it.

But then. How do you stop Teru without plot armor?(It is to show Teru's...(From here on is manga spoilers, go to the link below.)) For the bottom post... Lets go to this thread... (I think I get what you mean, lets jump to manga thread to talk about it.) http://forums.animesuki.com/showthre...79#post4212279

Drop by the manga thread, as it's probably too sensitive to share here. Or I can PM you if you want to dispense with the visit heheh. There seems to be a method to WHY we're being shown Teru's absolute domination, and it dovetails with the main manga too.

Edit: On a positive note, the pacing/BGM in this episode was outstanding. Breaks in action were timed just about perfectly.

Uh, Scarlet, we already visit the manga thread, so no need for us to share the sensitive info.
*coughs* I think someone mentioned that the BGM to these past few episodes of Achiga-hen wouldn't be too out of place in a Gundam or mecha series. I kind of agree, given the force of nature everyone is trying to endure.
