I realize that some of these arch-types are in the light novel but since the problem of how canon they are is up to debate so lets assume they aren't canon.

There's a shine maiden in the novel. Her name is Shino.

There's also Aoba in the novel. While she wasn't initially a gamer girl, she became one after being captured by Keima.

I think the both of you totally missed the last part of my post. The light novels aren't written by Wakaki so their arch-types haven't come up yet in the real canon.

Much of the chapter seems to be conversation between Shiori and Keima, unsurprisingly, and there is a lot of the inner dialogue characteristic of Shiori, but Keima addresses her with words that seem to hope to lure out a possible goddess in her. And during the conversation the little girl from the last chapter is watching them from atop a book shelf. The library closes, and the two of them head out together (with Keima still crossdressing and now sporting a wig) and head to a Ramen shop to continue the story Shiori and Keima were co-authoring together....

There was speculation that the ramen shop could be Sumire's shop (Sumire being the ramen girl that Keima drove the spirit out of, but many have shot down the idea. Makes sense that it would not be Sumire's shop, really, but on a personal level I was a little dissappointed, simply because Sumire was my fave conquered girl after Shiori.

I'm pretty sure that Sumire's shop is in another town altogether. At the VERY most they might run into her.

Not clear ... a lot is still uncertain in my mind b/c of the fact that the goddess is always separate from her. But it is pretty certain that Shiori has a goddess by the simple fact that she remembers EVERYTHING about the capture incident.

This isn't fair. Why do all the other girls get normal goddesses while Shiori gets a loli with immense amount of knowledge?

Actually, it might be possible that the goddess follows Keima to the ramen store to spy on behalf of Shiori. Being small, invisible and ridiculously cute, she can find her way in - and that will set a stage for Vintage to appear.

And Mars appear to drive them off and save Keima, and captures him in her arms while that little goddess is relaying a remote link to her vessel....

Ever heard of "Knowledge is a tool; it can be both used and abused."? I am worried about that ABUSE part - with that much knowledge, wouldn't Shiori, out of curiosity, delve into it?

And the knowledge is from the ancient Roman times where some questionable things are viewed as a norm in society.

Shiori decided to hear on why Keima is doing that is so cute but moreso the loli goddess sitting on the bookshelf looking down on the two, can't wait to see the real picture
also we'd hear Shiori's inner voice again so it's great.

Okay ... a little more spoiler material has come out:

Essentially Keima and Shiori sit down together in the shop (the shopkeeper comments on the "two lovely high school girls" and after a little chit chat they agree to meet together again at the festival.

After returning home he touches base with Haqua and mentions that he can "finally see the end" with Shiori.

So it LOOKS like the present Shioro arc will end at the festival.

This is something noone will care about sans Myssa Rei but in the latest episode of the anime the mysterious girl had been sighted and she has a VA (though I have no idea which one is it and what her name is :P)
