This is one seriously gorgeous anime. Only thing that lost me visually was the twit with spades on his face and hair. God, that looks so stupid.. He looks like a parody of anime bishounen cliches.
I really like the setup, and also the OP. I can't remember being this hyped for an otome show. Fingers crossed. |

Hmm ... I have to agree that this one looks pretty good so far - and I agree a nice combo or gorgeous visuals and an engaging story.
I'll keep checking this one out.

Hmmm... I thought the premise was interesting. So I watched it.
Enjoying it a lot so far. The guy girl ratio is skewed quite heavily to the guy side, but the MC is pretty cute. Visuals are really nice. Some of the setup was a bit forced (really, cellphone only has a few contacts on there, doesn't have the name of its owner. Also, it's weird that her personality is passable as her despite no memories), but I think it worked fine. Anyways. Do we ever get a name for MC? I know she doesn't have a default name in the game, but I think it would be hard to have an entire anime where your MC is nameless. |

She's named "Heroine" on the official website, so she doesn't have a name yet. Not sure whether they will give her one. The MC in Jinrui wa suita shimashita didn't have a name and it worked fine. I personally didn't even notice she didn't have a name while watching the episode.

Interesting watch, though I wonder how dense the other people around her could be ( which includes 2 osananajimi!) If they take so long to figure out something wrong with her I mean she doesn't even know her name >.<. wonder how the show will handle that part.
Interesting though with Maoyuu, having MCs DemonKing & Hero, now this with Heroine, thinking back for Idolm@ster's producer-san ^^. NoName eh?

I really liked this first episode and am looking forward to seeing more. Since I never played the game the entire story is completely new to me.
There was a couple of suspicious looking hints that caught my attention. Orion mentions that the main character lost her memory on August 1st, but when she wakes up after fainting isn't it August 4th? I wonder what happened to cause her to have a relapse. Also, after Shin and Toma have walked MC home they are seen discussing whether or not she can handle an upcoming trip and agree to cover for her at work. And isn't it just convenient that nearly all of her contacts are erased from her phone? The way that Waka was acting when MC returned to work the next day seemed a bit intense even if he was simply upset that she was messing up on the job. And what's with those three girls at the end? All in all it seems that there's more problems than just Orion accidentally bumping into MC's spirit. All of this certainly has created a dark undertone that has definitely caught my attention. I'll be looking forward to more. |
