The link din't work because you tried hotlinking the image to this site. Generally, hotlinking images to AS has a very small percentage of actually working, so it's not recommended to do that. Try uploading the image to a photo uploading site like photobucket or imageshack. Or just link the image URL

Well it doesn't matter anymore, you could just go on the link since that works.
