I already watched Naruto, Hellsing, Trigun, Hikaru-no-go and Get Backers.
Of those 6, i liked Naruto, Hajime no ippo and Get backers far more than the rest of them.
Think i want 2 see the characters become stronger and stronger, like Dbz.
Anyone knows a good anime wich is, *Funny at the right times, *Where you get addicted to, *And has a good amount of action in it.
What there hasnt got to be in *A fake story, or a story wich is over-pumped with action(and the storyline gets less important), *A nerdy character :

Try maburaho its prety good. Not as much action as ippo but it is reaal well done and fits your criteria well. Lots of funny characters, myterios nerdy hero who gets stronger, and a slightly ecci twist. It'll have your sides hurting at times, and make you cheer at other.

Well...it seems that you want action and fighting etc...well it doesnt completly fit your catagory but it is still one of the greatest series' around. Berserk. Definatly check it out. Its worth it.

You might want to check out peace maker kurogane I've only just started this series and it seems like it fits your criteria. It's kinda like Rurouni Kenshin...

yu yu hakusho probably fits what you like as well, also shaman king...but the shaman king dub is horrible

Get Full Metal Alchemist by A-keep the story is really starting to good (it was good before but better now) episode 7 was just plain creepy.
