Yeah I think Issei would be the last one that Zekka would meet. Perhaps the Zekka's Sacred Gear being able to enter into some kind of resonance and connection with Issei's aura since that the both of them use Oppai's Power.

And speaking about Oppai's Power could be possible that Zekka could be contacted by Chichigami?

If I remember correctly, 2 weeks after the fight against Sairaorg is the exam to be a middle class demon and on that same day, Issei dies and revives 3 days later, then in 2 weeks is the Grendel and Euclid event in Kuoh, the which I'm curious how it's going to be narrated in junior.

Could be or maybe is the influence of Tenshi on her that make her be interested in breast.

I wouldn't be surprise if Zekka end up be involved with Chichigami.
