Well the date already passed, but it looks to me like a Japanese restaraunt collaborated with DEEN and maybe Ryukishi to create Umineko themed menu items for their establisment.

Download and install AppLocale (you will need to jump extra hoops if you're using Vista and up) and run WinRar in Japanese with it, then tell it to unpack the file. Japanese filenames should be properly preserved in this case.

In general, use 7z for packing anything that contains non-Latin characters in filenames, as 7z is designed to properly handle Unicode filenames, and if you see people using Rar for it, slap their wrists.

I've been working in some umineko smileys and I'm doing Dlanor now (I didn't know who I should so I asked requests). Yet, it doesn't convince me. What do you guys think?

No it's just a random name. Tanaka is a pretty common name like saying "mr jones" or "mr smith". The point is that Ange found the culprit after reading a few pages.
