Where did you get that console one is canon? PC one came out first so it should be dimmed as canon. Just that Kuon looks a lot like Yuzuha so there's some speculation going in community.

The Aquaplus Utawarerumono portal only links to the PS2/PSP version and that's the version Itsuwari no kamen is a sequel to. In fact the PC version isn't mentioned anywhere on the Aquaplus site (at least from what I can see).
In official scans it's stated that Itsuwari no Kamen is the sequel to the ps2 game released 2006 (Chiriyuku Mono e no Komoriuta).

Yeah. 2012 download version are available on DMM and other game sites but Aquaplus removed older versions from their site. I wonder, why?

BTW. There are no PC versions on Aquaplus site but still some on Leaf site

Yeah because Leaf is their Adult site and Aquaplus their general site.

Look at the game page there are tags on top you can click on. Some other games can be found at the download version tab. Others are listed on the no longer available tab.

The child of Yuzuha was mentioned in the ending of PC game. I didn't play the PS2 version, they didn't mention on PS2 version? Anyway, there are speculations that the female lead Kuon is the child because of her looks and her being a herbalist.

Yeah the child doesn't exist in the ps2 ver as Hakuoro never had sex with Yuzuha. And since Itsuwari no Kamen has been explictly said to be a sequel to the 2006 ver it's very unlikely that Kuon is her child unless they retcon it (also Eruruw was the herbalist not Yuzuha so I'm not sure how that's relevant).

EDIT: Actually sorry I rechecked the PS2 ending now and the child actually is in the PS2 ver as well. I remembered it being the same as in the anime with no mention of any child but that was wrong. Sorry!

hmmm I can't read the moon runes and when I compare them to vndb the only ones I manage to read are from benawi and kuruo.

Is this direct sequel with how many time skip?

I like the the design of the one with pink flowery like dress. Is that aruru? but I'm not sure because the name isn't the same from the one in utawarerumono vndb page.

Isn't Eruru living back in the village again? Very little reason for her to go to the new location.
However based on a teaser site mini-game for the game version, where one is matching voice clips with voice actors, it's very likely that Aruru and Kamyu is going to be in this (Miyuki Sawashiro and Rie Kugimiya is on it).

Karura and her brother are last of their kind. And it was already discussed that new main heroine looks more like healthy version of Yuzuha.

One of the shot does seem like Eruru or Aruru standing on tower. But Eruru was in some village when the first game ended so I guess they didn't stay royalty and going back behind the scene.

As for the new mask guy and hakuoro... Well it could be him again lol.
First the fan, second i remember a scene in the old anime where Eruru saw his shadow some years later and smiled.

^ Gorgeous animation. Then again, that is just a short game OP so WF can just blow some budget on it. I hope the series itself has animation closer to the OP. The animation of the first series was…...not really bad, but it’s not great either. The OVAs are good-looking though. I don’t mind if WF takes the OVA-style approach.
