It's her expression there that I like. It's so contrary to her heartless assassin persona that I couldn't help but be affected by it.

For character design alone she scores big. And there are other moe moments as well. The change in her attitude after Lala calls her "kawaii" is sweet.

Well, in her case, I think anyone she meets is probably too busy fearing for their lives.

One more plug for To Love-Ru, since it is a tournament anime. The OP is one of my favorites for the "fun, upbeat & rockin'" category. I love the artwork and the tune is very catchy.

I haven't worked on my "list" for the year, yet, but I think Yami-chan will be somewhere in the mid-teens. I really like her.

I am sort of surprises that there isn't an anime community in South Africa. Or anywhere in Africa for that matter. It might be a lot of third world (and some fourth world) places, but there is still more or less modern civilization out there as well.

I'm always surprised at how few votes come from America.

I should have expected the large votes from Korea since Kallen won.

The bigger the circle, the larger the vote totals.

In the case of the differentials, the larger the circle, the larger the vote total differences from the previous round. Red means less votes than previous round while green means more votes than previous round.

Are those distribution based on actual votes, or everyone that frequented the site from one day to the next?

I remember Japan having a much larger distribution back when some one used google analytics, lol.

I think korea may have just trumped the US in raw votes in any case...

It's based on hits to the "thanks for voting" page. So theoretically it should be accurate to just voters, but I would still assume a margin of error.

That's quite a large amount of distribution, eh. Anywho, can't wait for Fate to make her first ISML 2009 round debut. o:

So the US west coast doesn't like anime? And Korea was completely expected.

And lol@random island east of Madagascar.

How many votes does it take for a place to be lit up?

I'de imagine any number. If only one vote came from a particular area, I'de imagine the circle would just be terribly small.
