There is one more character for the Character DLC Pack and that would be Zooey. Release date is not yet confirmed but her trailer will be released on the 17th this month.  There is not a lot of details yet about the 2nd Character DLC Pack but Belial is confirmed to be part of it.

Zooey Trailer
The trailer not only reveals some Zooey gameplay but also shows that new chapters will be added in the RPG Story Mode, the 2nd Character DLC Pack will be coming in Fall 2020 and it will contain Belial + 5 Unknown Characters.
