Anyone that has appeared in the last 2 years or less will be classified as Nova.
Anyone in a series that was from more than years ago will be in the Stella bracket.

Any of the 24 that weren't listed in the OP post picture by KS are allowed to be nominated, as those 24 are already in the prelims, so listing any of those will be a wasted nomination.

Every female character that was part in a non 18+ animation released in a commercial scale that aired before 11/31/2011. Also said female needs a level of importance, some airtime, on the series (basically background characters aren't eligible). For example, so far Tennos Athena isn't eligible as long as she doesn't get a proper role in anime. Also the auto prelims list on the top of the voting form aren't to be nominated.

If you're unsure post your nominations here first so the others could check for you to see if they're okay, and only then submit.

I took the liberty of going through a few forums of non-specific languages and counting the nominations, and the top Nova nominations are clearly outnumbering the top Stella nominations. Homura has a whooping 54, while characters like Kurisu, Sena, Kobato, Kyouko (both Toshino and Sakura) are sitting at about 30, give or take a few. On the other hand, the leading Stella character is Tomoyo with 22, followed by Louise with 20, and most of the other leading ones at about 15ish.

10 Nova and 2 Stella. There's technically only 4 new spots in the Stella division since there were 32 Stella girls in ISML2011; I doubt the line-up will change much. So instead I loaded up Nova girls, who have much higher chances of getting in.

Dam just 12 choices was rough, I really I wanted to include quite a few characters.... I guess I am happy with 8 Nova and 4 Stella choices, still wish it was 12 each I could fill both easily .

Last 4 I really debated who I wanted to support vs who has better chance, I went who I wanted to support in the end.

P.S. Ruiko Saten and Toaru Kagaku no Railgun only characters are allowed for Nova, not stella right?

It's not like this system is secure to casting mutiple votes anyway. What keeps us from doing that, is that it would destroy all the fun.
So if you abide those rules, then why would you go and kinda cheat the system in such a way?

In that case, I decided to switch Toshino Kyouko (Nova) with Fujibayashi Kyou (Clannad) (Stella). (I know it's alittle early to make such a decision.) Other than that, my other current choices have been finalized.
