You forget Keima can even raise imouto flags as seen with the first half but tends to disappoint Elsee.

I really enjoyed this episode. It was very entertaining for a filler. I find Elsie and her little segment of continuing to the next scene endearing. As much as I enjoy keima's antic and his cool demeanor to everything, Elsie's personality makes me watch this series. Although, I didn't think much of Haqua, this episode proved that she has a bigger role than I thought.

For some reason, I liked this episode the best out of the season 2, it was just so light-hearted.

well, after all, keima's dad is non other than zeus(jupiter) himself, mom is hera(juno), so that makes keima, aphrodite(venus) who actually came from uranus(caelus)'s er ... parts, which jupiter's dad cut off and threw into the sea.
