Hi all,

I recently started watching Hanasakeru Seishounen and became absolutely infactuated with the main female lead, Kajika's, character. Kajika is beautiful even though at the start of the show she's only 14, and everyone around he recognizes her beauty and charm. She also knows what she likes, and around other men she doesn't turn into a typical shoujo character where they just start blushing or studdering. I'm looking for shows with similar leads. I don't mind reverse harems, and I've seen almost all of the Angelique series. I can't really think of a female lead like Kajika though. I don't have any other examples of a character I enjoyed as much as her. So, to put it in a list, I'm looking for a female main character that:

* Has good looks, and people recognize her for them. I hate the shows where the main lead is some average person and a bunch of bishounens just fall head over heels for them even though they are super average.

* Strong personality and they don't fall into all of the blushing/studdering/awkardness around men

That's about it.

I looked through the recommendations MAL and anime-planet had for Hanasakeru Seishounen but none seemed to fit the bill. I hope you all can help me

Yeah, those two definitely fit. Can anyone think of any others? I just watched Madlax, and I guess that kind of fits the description. Madlax is beautiful and has a charming personality. Not quite what I asked for, but if you can just give me something close that's fine.

So, you just want a beautiful non-average female lead with a strong personality (not necessarily forceful, but more a strong will)? Does that sound about right?

I'll skip GitS and that type for now, so how about:

Yes that sounds exactly right. I've seen Utena/Erin, but I will look into the others. Thanks!
