Shari? Who's she up against? Because this is, after all, Saimoe. And probably the only thing going for her in that quality is...Tama-nee.

If its a strong opponent(say, anyone from Hidamari) I'd say we hold our horses.

Since we've all but lost SaiGAR to Gurren Lagann this year...

It's just a preliminary round, so the top scorers of each round all move onto the next round. Shari'll probably move onto the main elimination tournament easily enough, with some of the competition in this round.
Of course, she still has to deal with the top contender from her own show:

yesy relased epsiode 10 subbed back on July 4, 2007!!!! also to let every one know that the SaiMoe 2007 Contest started and we got shari though to the 2nd Premliarys, but she only got 16th place with 146 votes, i wanted her to get top 8 and go to 2nd round directly, but i estimating that you need at least 250 votes just for the 8th spot!!!! (Quatto did receive 74 votes, but ended at 33rd place, just 1 vote short of advancing, but she now totally out)

But today we really need your support as both Reinfore Zewi and Carol Ru Lushe are the more powerful members of strikers and i want them both in the top 8, so please, get over there and start voting now!!!!! by the way Alto Krauetta and Nove are also on today list, we can get them at least to 2nd premliarys, but renifore and Carol are the major backbone of todays needed support, so i will appreate all the help that i can receive in this mission!!!!!! So please vote as much as possible!!!!!!

And this is through my own skim-through of the profiles, but apparently (( 70% chance of being wrong )), Sein is sort of like a medium or in-between of sorts of the older sisters and the younger ones. Needless to say, like Cinque and Uno, her IS's unique abilities are also very highly valued.

(( Yeah, I'm a Sein fanboy, so I only bothered to TRY and get some understanding of hers alone, so sue me. ))

Uno:
The oldest Sentoukijin. Been on various incidents with Scag. Her IS is called 'Flawless Secretary' (LOL). It enables her to process information WITHOUT the need for normal sensors like radar, hence being undetectable. She also has her mind tuned towards intel managment and general mental reflexes.

In short, the AWACS of the group.

Scag's personal secretary. First of the Numbers. Personality: Calm, collected. Her main priorities are anything that will benefit Scag. Her sisters give her lots of respect, and no one among her sisters directly disobey her. She is the one that understands Scag the most, and will support him in both actions and thought.

Spoiler for Tre:

Abilities: High speed melee fighter
Role: Frontline leadership, and engagement
IS: Flashlike movement - Ride Impulse
Inherent Equipment: Energy wings (Impulse Blade)
Flight and aerial combat ability: Strongest among Numbers

3rd of the Numbers. As old and Uno and Due. High EXP level. Her IS, Ride Impulse forcefully accelerates her body movements. Energy wings can become blades for use with her melee abilities.

If Uno's the backstage coordinator, Tre's the frontline leader. (AWACS and Flight Leader, I guess) Makes decisions with a cool head but by herself tends to be easily fired up. Strict with her sisters. Has great trust in Scag. While leading she gets free rein over her own judgment and the actions upon them.

Spoiler for Quatrro:

Abilities/roles: Intel management, frontline leadership, ECM, illusions
IS: Illusionary screen 'Silver Curtain'
Inherent equipment(IE, abbreviation by me): Silvery white jacket 'Silver Cape'
Flight/aerial combat(AC): Flight only. Only can run when combat ensues.

Comes after 1-3 and 5 in terms of length of activation. Was created with Uno's abilities(explains why she was using the organ keys outta thin air in 18 I guess). Upgraded 10 years ago because of advent of electronic warfare, she was updated with ECM(electronic counter measures) and illusionary abilities. High mobility because of flight, has stealth ability and anti-magic defence due to IE 'Silver Cape'. Boasts of very good backline( command capabilities when using her Silver Cape along with her other abilities.

Intelligent, and able to carry out independent judgement. Goal-oriented, will use whatever pawns she has to carry out a plan toward those goals. But even so, she still carries a playful attitude(ie. the element of fun) toward attaining them, something she shares the same values along with Scag. Has a side she doesn't show her sisters, apparently her tone and attitude shown toward them are deliberately so.(note: doesn't say made up) Has more freedom of judgement over most of her sisters, especially the 'transactions' with Lutecia.

Spoiler for Cinque:

Abilities: Melee combat with knives, destruction of point targets with explosives
Roles: Frontline or subterfuge
IS: Rumble Detonator
IE: Defensive jacket 'Shield Coat' / Throwing knives 'Stingers'
Flight/AC: None

Created after Quattro but activated earlier. IS 'Rumble Detonator' allows her to turn metal she touches into energy, exploding it. Used normally with her 'Stinger' throwing knives. 'Shield Coat' has normal barrier and AMF capabilities.

Her unique abilities are considered as valued and vital as Uno's or Tre's.Her stoic demeanor and calmness are admired by some of her sisters, especially Nove. She herself thinks well of Nove too.

Meanwhile, arkangelsk's assist and inclusion on humbug's details on Quatrro and Cinque...

OK, my go at Cinque, starting with the descriptive paragraphs. I'd go for as "close and literal" a translation as I could manage.

Spoiler for Cinque:

The Number 5 unit that's activated shortly before Quattro (the Numbering is based on the Construction Initiation Date and not the Activation Date, so the Numbering does not necessarily represent Order of Birth). The Inherent Skill "Rumble Detonator" allows her to infuse energy into the metal she touches, transmutating them into explosives. This ability is usually applied onto her "Stinger" throwing knives. The "Shell Coat" she wears is a defensive device with barrier and AMF capabilities.

The calm number 5. Very experienced due to her long period of service, her small size makes her well suited for infiltration actions. With her high Operational and Combat abilities and her unique IS, she joins Uno and Tre in leading the younger sisters. Her stoic (Ed: yeah, stoic's the best term here definitely, sorry to steal from you, Humbug) demeanor when executing missions notwithstanding, her caring personality wins her the adulation of the younger sisters, especially Nove, and Cinque adores Nove as well.

Yeah, something like that.
