Possible, yes. But I still doubt it. Regardless, she wouldn't have made it. She did get binded, yes? And even if she didn't, Nanoha could still easily overpower her shot. Which would have complicated things for a certain Tsundere.

Two points.

One, she has never quite practice on anything other then her melee attacks. And what little she does know, takes too long to fire.

Two, that was a panic situation for her. Normal people don't do things they're not familiar with in those situation, let alone a simpleton like her.

Isn't an attack an aggressive action even if it was aimed at Nanoha's attack and not directly at her?

It doesn't seem to be world where everyone uses magic to solve everything (Fate drives, and they have helicopters for example). So for Suburu to react by attacking Nanoha's attack I think would require her to take an aggressive mindset against the situation, which I don't think she is capable of.

Usually yes, but the action An Hero in Disguise was refering to is generally a defensive one.

But then again, everything in a fight is considered aggressive, and Subaru is not unfamiliar with combat.

Well, Subaru was attacking Nanoha pretty aggressively during the course of mock battle. Another thing is that her position wasn't that good for countering the shot, more suitable for either jumping on its path and blocking or attacking Nanoha directly (which would be OOC for her but add even more fun Nanoha gathers energy for the shot and gets blasted by Subaru from the side - would be quite a surprise).

But it's still near impossible for her to hit Nanoha.

Any 'power' attacks that Subaru does is too flashy to catch anyone off-guard, besides I seriously doubt subtlety is her strong point.... Note all the battle cries she does.

Hmm I was trying to mean from a mock combat situation, to actually attacking Nanoha's attack.

I realise she is a trained soldier, which makes it even more pertanent, as I am sure soldiers are trained to not attack their allies never mind their superiors.

So when I said I don't think Suburu is capable of it, I meant it from the context of her attacking someone's action when that someone is her ally, superior and more importantly her hero. Especially since the mock combat was over and then her partner gets tunnel vision and goes a wee bit whacky.

I think Nanoha, would have studied their profiles, studied their behaviour during training. I know Nanoha wasn't there but look how Suburu was willing to take the blame for the earlier incident. From her knowledge and experience of them, I personally think that binding Suburu was a good idea.

simple reason why subaru wouldnt attack nanoha 1) she was tied up "duh!" and 2) shes not the type to shoot nanoha in the face like tea ~ i guess the most she would have done if she wasnt bounded was to jump over and act as a meat shield instead...

people who think that subaru would attack nanoha should be slapped

Nanoha might get pissed because the wrong person got the message and again rub them both in with LIVE magic not training.

We never really got to see that much Subaru pissed at Nanoha.

Edit -- Not bad, their version is brighter. ^^ Makes it look better in some places. Karaoke is missing, a plus in my book.. sorry I'm not a big fan of it. Would be nice if they had the translation though.

well just yesterday Nanoha and DadageGoodz Released Epsiode 8 in the XVID format since ther translator came back from a 2 week business trip from Europe!!!

This episode was pretty good, more training, Seems like Vice might have a little thing for Tea. Nanoha showed them some really really tough love this time around.
