Group 58: Clannad and Gintama race

In: Kouko, Matako, Shinobu
Repechage: Nemu, Nanao

Group 59: Very strong performance by Shion

In: Shion, Kyouka, Yako,
Repechage: Bellemere, Kimiko

Group 60: Macross and Gundam at the top? That is a rare sight these days.

In: Sheryl, Wang, Liz
Repechage: Kaoru, Britney (orz)

I am rather glad that most of you wouldn't know about many shameful moe comments that was listed. To dilute these vile statements threatening to turn the tournament into a huge flame war, please post your own comments. We need to make it known to these immature people that the whole world is watching and they need to behave. As Psieye said, it is all about image, and if we don't do anything to stop this slide into darkness, moe tournaments may receive a black eye that may serious damage it and reputation of all of us who enjoys them. Having multiple languages listed in the moe comments should make most Korean adolescent pause before inputting their own statements.

Spoiler for details of results:

Wow, Sheryl and Liu-mei did well, Otome topping her group, and Shion/Maria putting numbers that rival block voter characters? Korea, I APPROVE!

Sucks though that Shuuri is out..

I thought ISML was one-sided, but I was wrong. This is the most one-sided seedings chart that I have ever seen.

For those of you who are curious, "Swimming Club Member C" is seeded right under Ryou Fujibayashi in the 50s.

At least we are not getting any complaint about Kyo-Ani dominance.

Either Higurashi woke up (late) or Shion was grouped into weak opposition.

I personally love K-moe, as in both the current top 10 and top 32 seeds, I don't mind 2/3 of contestants winning the tourney. The inverse though is true of J-moe for me...

Maybe I shoudl consider becoming a Korean lol. XD

Both tournaments are kinda hit and miss for me. C.C. is the only Geass girl I care about, though. Last year Japan had 7 of the 8 finalists being characters I really liked, so something went right.

I think that C.C. does deserve to be up there, perhaps even be #1, but as of this point, the ratings clearly prove that there is huge imbalance shifted toward Code Geass.

I'm enjoying every second of this.
For ONCE the number one is somebody that I actually cares about, partly due to the fact that my moe/=the majority's moe. TAT

Yesterday was a bit despair, as Megumi and Nanase narrowly missed repechage round just by a handful of votes. T_T

Oh well, at least Haruhi and Honami went through to the next prelims.

As for today, I DEMAND a change in Murakami Ginko's (of Kurenai fame) picture! Man, it looks frigging ugly. >_>

Spoiler for votes:

Wow, two Shizuka Itou characters today, one champion and one semi finalist. Wonder if Darry of TTGL would recieve as much support as these two...
