To win, why else? She takes out her competition and uses it as argument that segregation is the only way to go given the deep hatred and that those two are a danger to that plan. And a lot of people did support her idea. So they will rally against Inuzuka and Persia to get their way, their love be damned.

Who is she again? I'm still at the arc where Romio took Juliet (in disguise) to visit his family home in Touwa, so I'm not sure if she's appeared already.

She comes up later, basically dark version of Persia and a female Trump so to say.

Seems so yeah, apparently she is confessing to Romio a couple times who ofc rejects her. Her name is Reon. And she wants to become a prefect and ensure that the two schools will separate. And yes there is some backstory to her motive and all but you can read it up once the translation gets there.

R & J got shunned by everyone. Drama and more depressing drama? and then both of them broke up and now we back to the beginning where Romeo is going to get her back? or both of them commit suicide in the end.

-OR-

Romeo's brother lying thru his teeth and Juliet is going to marry into their family due to the political marriage excuse, and then we will have an arc that Romeo will go to visit Juliet's parents for the approval. Turn the lies into a reality.

-OR-

It doesn't bother most of the students as it turned out that R & J are not the only couples that date their enemies. Even their headmaster and headmistress is in relationship.
