Oh, so it's time for another manga chapter release.

As always, I do not understand Japanese, therefore, I'm providing pics for the chapter, though they are of low quality.

Spoiler for Pics for chapter 135:

Over half of the chapters deals with Bak-chan as he explores the arc and cannot stop marveling its design and function.

Komui like always suffers another of his sister-complex tantrums, due that he has seen Lenalee at last since a long while.

The second half of the chapter gets interesting.

It finally reveals that the score Allen played with the piano to control the ark belongs to a memory from his childhood that had something to do with Mana. Allen was terribly devastated to recall that the score was something likely precious between Mana and him.

At the end of the chapter the remaining generals have a meeting at the Order when a new character arrives whose moustache bears a striking resemblance to that of Adolf Hitler's.

Finally, the manga-ka reveals the first shot of Mana's face.

Yeah, that freakin´ moustache. "Wtf! " was my first reaction, usually I don´t look at each frame for more than it takes to read it unless there is some serious artwork to study. But this one...

Ok. Chapter 135 has finally been scanlated so now I am providing the full synopsis for it.

Rest with Occasional Cloud

The old ark is frozen stationed over the top of the Order's HQ tower. Bak-chan can't stop himself from making odd faces, marveling at the construction and the capabilities of the ark much to the jealousy of his co-peers.

Reever further explains that the science division has not fully researched all of the others unexplored doors inside the ark. The ark is divided into rooms, dimensions where Allen and co. fought the Noahs, the manufacturing akuma plant, and lastly, the secret room of the "fourteenth".

Bak-chan deduces that the ark connects to different dimensions through the rooms and going through each doors ends someone teleported away into a farther destination point on the planet.

Reever is annoyed that Bak-chan goes by himself exploring the ark without caution, but he's feeling anxious because he wants to see Lenalee, however, Komui has barricaded the nursery where Lenalee's sleeping and has given orders to seal it off limits.

At the nursery, Komui cries out aloud like a big baby grieving for the loss of Lenalee's long hair, which he attributed it was the most beautiful than the hair of any other woman on Earth.
The head nurse reprimands Komui with scrappng off the ward if he keeps on staining the bed sheets with his tears. Komui gets the message and leaves so that Lenalee can rest, but not before he attempts to leave in the ward a vase of his self-image, that sings a disastrous lullaby to the ears, to make Lenalee feel comfortable.
After Komui's gone, Lenalee casually sights at Miranda who the latter is giggling, wondering if she (Lenalee) looks happy after seeing her brother.

At the boy's room, Krory's still unsconcious from the last battle, but his stomach is growling with such deafening noises that makes Lavi to go mad.

Not withstanding the thundering noises either Kanda attempts to leave the ward for his room, but Tiedoll appears magically in front of the former at the doorway. Tiedoll in a priest's tunic treats Kanda like a little kid to a parent provoking an unfathomable rage on him (Kanda).
Unable to further tolerate his master's stupidity, Kanda lashes out at Tiedoll that he hates him (Tiedoll).

Chaoji, Kie, and Maosa, who were the remaining survivors from Anita's crew, discuss their plans from the future. Since Chaoji was discovered during the battle on the ark to be a conformer with the Innocence, he will be studying under General Tiedoll's guide. On the other hand, Kie and Maosa tell him that both will apply to be finders for the order.

Back to Lavi he feels in hell with all the racket and rumbling going around so tries to ask Allen to bring him some food, but he (Allen) doesn't answer. Lavi turns around and sees a gigantic lump piled on Allen's bed. As he uncovers the sheets, Lavi reacts with a shock of disgust watching that Allen left a giant pile of food leftovers.

Speaking of the devil, Allen is with Timcampy in the room of the "fourteenth" munching a sandwich while he listens again to the song that he played with the piano to control the ark.

According to Allen, he feels as if there is someone inside his head everytime that he listens the song or reads the lyrics. The nostalgia is unbearable for the grey-haired boy that he quickly falls sick and is no longer in the mood for eating.

Feeling like crying, Allen asks to Timcampy if the path that he chose to walk down it (being an Exorcist), was it his choice? Because Allen starts to doubt that he might had made the choice by himself, and instead someone else chose his fate for him.
This is in response to another childhood memory he recalls once he realizes that the lyrics of the score are exactly alike to the characters of a poem that only both he and Mana made up together and knew about it; Allen feels miserable because he forgot about those characters over the course of time.

At the Order's meeting room a conference is held among the generals and the respective leaders of the world branches, as they welcome their guest.

Order receives the arrival of two men. One of them has a "Hitler-esque" moustache and goes by the name of Malcolm C. Leverrier. He has come from the central administration to serve as an auditor for the special meeting.

His face shows no good intentions, as he personally has come to get answers from Cross Marian.

I am very glad for someone who stepped up to discuss the new chapter. It is finally revealed that the higher-ups who run the Order and are appointed by the delegates of the Vatican care nothing for the exorcists. They just want to find new conformers with Innocence to amass an army believing that with a strengthened force in numbers then they'll be able to win the war at all costs. They have the leisure at saying so since the exorcists by capturing the old ark stole most of the akuma plant from the Earl, meaning that more time has been brought delaying the second coming of the "three days of darkness".

The Sheep and the Dog

From the interrogation that inspector Rouvellier made to Cross Marian it is implied on a sinister manner that the bastard already knew and were monitoring Cross movements from four years ago.
They won't be punishing his attitude for having desserted the Order and made no contact throughout all those four years, because at first hand Cross was actually tasked with the mission of finding the plant.

The inspector and the rest of the central administration staff intend to use the ark as both a means of transport and weapon to use against the Earl, but Bak angrily steps up obfuscated that the ark was for 7,000 years ago in the hands of the enemy, and therefore, the science division need time to thoroughly investigate it.

On the other hand, Komui reveals that the reason why he became the charge head of the science division at the Order was to take full control in order to protect the Exorcists' lives from the Order. The higher-ups only care about winning the "Holy War" against the Earl at all costs and to protect foundations of their religion, which the Order was built upon. Therefore, they see fit that all the Exorcists are nothing but sacrificial soldiers to give their lives in the name of God. Because of this, Komui has been all this time acting as a deterrence to the central administration so that those bastards would never have to come and start interfering, but it looks like things are going to change for worse within the order.

Rouvellier discloses to Cross at the conference that not only the central administration kept track of Cross movements but suspected and became awared of that Cross actually made contact with the 14th Noah, because those bastards knew all along that the plant was inside the Ark and tasked Cross with the mission to find it.

What's more revealed is that they suspected as well that Cross took Allen as an apprentice right after he was given the mission to find the plant, then sent the boy to the Order suspecting even more that Allen is actually the legacy of the 14th Noah.

The central administration is convinced that Allen was to become an exorcist because Cross knew well that it was the will of the 14th Noah.

Rouvelier lashes out that by having someone connected with the Noahs within their our ranks the Order has been stained, and they want to remain a pure army of God, therefore, he threatens Cross that Allen would be tried in court for the charge of heresy due to the boy's connection with the 14th Noah.

Komui breaks Rouvelier's heated accusations rationalizing that the information they have upon the '14th' and the player is scarce, therefore, Allen cannot be charged guilty.
But he's quickly stunned when Marian says that the inspector can do anything what he wants with Allen.

A devious Rouvelier uses the chance to make official announcements:
1. Cross Marian will remain inside HQ and be granted a management position, therefore, kept tied to direct orders from the central administration.

2. Cross Marian is expressly forbidden to approach and make contact with Allen Walker in any manner.

3. Inspector Howard Links would be in charge of monitoring and surveying Allen 24 hours a day.

I concur. I was expecting ( and hoping) they'd talk about the whole ''new general''(=Allen?) thing but I guess that'll be handled later on.
Inspector Rouvelier and his lapdog, Inspector Howard. Ugh. I guess it can't be helped, every secret organization needs few of these overzealous go-by-the-book-types to cause havoc within.

And I wonder how they can ''gather more disciples of innonce'' if they lock up their generals, the very people who seek for them?(Cross Marian, atleast. But one might think they'd need all of them at all times, either looking for more folks or fighting the akuma. )

Can't wait for the next chapter..
