I'd say attractiveness value, but I'm not even sure about that (it was used in Sacred Twins, so it's a fanon, not canon), it's not like Chifuyu or Natasha is any less attractive (especially Chifuyu, but her performance is part of it).

So, age point is rather moot they're still that attractive and competent even at 40s

EDIT: Yeah they can also make bishonen looks like a lady.... just like how Ichika and Dan 'disguise' themselves using a foundation (yes, only make up foundation).

As we discuss back then with Rain, the advancement of COMMON medical stuff, which translates to common drugs and stuff that work better than what we have in real life.

Makeover likely will advance just as much, meaning that no one has skin problem (or at least not as bad as people in real life are).

In some fanon only I.S.A. has this due to technology monopoly (why else they have holographic wingie-thingie?)
