New info. Clearly looks like trolling. I wonder, what plot Cygames came up with this time.

The title says it all. Episode one is stupidly hilarious. This reminds me of 90s cinema and the ED is brilliant. Hopefully this show isn't going to mellow down in the future episodes.
This show could be the best maid themed anime show ever. Last edited by Sides; 2022-10-06 at 14:51. |

I absolutely loved this show. It's such barking mad ludicrous nonsense that I was already enjoying it from the opening sequence onwards, but the musical number with its insane choreography was just the icing on the cake. If it can keep up that level of sheer crazy it could be my out of nowhere hit for the season!
And as Sides mentions above, the ED is brilliant! |

Well...that was odd. Credit to the title, it wasn't underrating the war aspect here.
I totally get main girl wanting to run for her life. I mean...what the heck Presuming I keep watching this one, I'm going to just call her Roberta. Because...it makes more sense to consider it a Black Lagoon spinoff than anything else .

So all I got by the end of the episode is that this anime is basically just bloodshed for the sake of bloodshed... no thanks, I'm all filled up on my edge quota thanks to the chunni in the shadows murder boner isekai and I might drop that one.
I don't care how much action or sakuga your show has, if it lack anything resembling a plot then I just don't care.

It's not like the producers didn't tell you this was going to be gory in the title -- "Meido" is not spelled out in katakana as it should be for "maid", it's "冥途" which means Hell, basically (Jisho translates it as Hades).
Japanese folks do like puns.
