One piece is the only shounen manga and one of very few manga that I actually shed tears while reading (which even surprises me). And add to that, it was at multiple places. Some of them are when Nami asks Luffy to save her during her arc, also when Robin asks Luffy to save her after her flash back, oh and also a bit when burning Going Merry.

Even more so when you see a lot of these scenes animate and the voice work. I sure hope this cast gets awards for the quality then do. Just one of my personal favorites was during the Water 7 arc. When the Aqua Lagoona was striking and after Nami missed Robin's train. When Nami finally found Luffy stuck between those buildings. Listing to Nami scream for Luffy and then he snaps the buildings in two. That's a very moving moment for me. That's just one of many that I enjoyed. It's what is so amazing about Oda's writing. He almost always has you either laughing or crying. I've read many other of the Shonen series. I got to say that while I felt a lot of emotion I don't think I was ever moved as much. With Naruto I've been moved by many of the stories, but never cried. With Bleach, I think I only cried once. That was when Orihime said goodbye to the sleeping Ichigo before turning herself in. With One Piece there are just too many moments to pick from.

One Piece is probably the one thing that made me cry the most.
I cried when the Sakura bloomed at the end of Drum arc. Twice for the Flame of Shandra. Twice for Going Merry. The rest of the touching parts made me teary eyed.

I wouldn't exactly say I cried but I did feel a tad emotional:
1. the death of the Going Merry (only One Piece could make readers cry over a ship) 2. the end of the Drum Arc 3. when the first drops of rain fell on Alabasta 4. Robin saying "I wanna live" in Enies Lobby 5. the farewell to Alabasta

I han'vnt been watching one piece for long but i can definantly say Arlongs park drew a couple tears from me. The parts that really come to mind is when Nami ask's for luffy's help,Zorro's speech during his fight with hatchan, and Nami thanking luffy after he destroyed her room.
