Sucks for anyone in the low lying areas or living near the rivers.

Most of the colleges are still trying to fixing the damage. Not to mention what happened to the Quiapo underpass.

<- Q.C.

And I thought my situation was bad... had several PC's here in the shop getting dripped on by leaky roof (none damaged thankfully, but inconvenient for business) and the floor getting slicky wet all over. Nothing on the scale of the above-ankle high flood you got there though.

Oddly, the driest part of this building currently is... the bathroom.

Here in San Juan the flood doesn't get as bad as the rest of the metro, heck the only thing that got remotely flooded in my area was the pool of the house behind mine.

Can't say the same thing about UERMMMC where I work though.

I went through this experience years ago. Our furniture was soaked to the core and we had to get new ones. It wasn't a pleasant experience, and I feel for you.

One of the many reasons why I'm hesitating to go home for good from Canada.

At least it doesn't flood here that much.

I've seen this happen to friends of mine whose houses are on low lying land. All their posessions were ruined. It is horrible. My heart goes out to anyone effected by this because it is really not fun.
