I hope Tokiko is unzombified and goes back to normal with perks of being immune like MC to Zombie bites. Maybe the cure to become unzombified is MC's seed. Although he'll have some explaining to do on how he cured her lol

Seems like it follows the general arc settings, so it should follow the light novel by book since the visual novel is also split up into volume parts. For the web novel vol 1 is up to chapter 31? not so sure about this.

Spoiler for : he managed to maintain his bluff that he still had ammo in his gun.... and so he escaped from getting killed by the intelligent zombie group. Tokiko finds him on a subway bench and takes him to an area with light, food and water...... (Photosynthesis? or are memories from when she was alive showing up with her sitting in the light) anyway he leaves to check on the survivor group to see that they managed to make it. Mizuki hugs him.
