on the serious side, I think only Nobunaga would match Basara Date/Yukimura. which kinda confuses me why they don't have a female yukimura ._.

Not sure maybe they don't have time to include the character

and it would be funny if Ieyasu Tokugawa reeds Hidayoshi's Book and saw that her counterpart is fat she would get mad at it and trys to destroy the book

Also i notice that Sourin looks similar to Rosette from Crono Crusade

Then she'd see the basara iayasu and drool

Ah japan and their exagerating animes.

Heh i'd love to see a basara/otome cross over comic, where they meet their counter parts tal about touchin your selfs.... except for nobunaga.... *plays his epic evil theme*

Sengoku Koihime Girls 13 - The Dog That Actually Was Shiro

Hideyoshi didn't say her bird line, and we didn't really figure out who Shiro was (though given his hat and the blue circle surrounding him, I think some heavy hints were given - perhaps he's a Date himself, transfigured into the form of a dog for....some reason). As far as Returning Home From a Fantasy World is concerned, this show was by far the easiest in getting back. The Date family has some amazing technology, if a bit power hungry. But Date-sensei should've known better than to try and take over when, as brought up, nobody knows who she is. On the other hand, she is apparently skilled in the art of sapphic seduction. Who knew?

For a series based on a pachinko game, it was pretty good. The characters were nicely engaging, the action wasn't bad, and it was historical enough while being unhistorical enough to be entertaining. Plus, lots of yuri subtext/text/way-more-than-subtext. Who am I to argue with that?

If both the Nobunagas met eachother... Then we can kiss the world goodbye I'm going to expect them to fight eachother to see who is the best conqueror.

Oh the horror if they worked together....

The Armor being destroyed is unacceptable.
Utterly unacceptable.
Completely ruined the anime for me.
What a waste of an ending.

The last person who wore it had to have it destroyed, and Ieyasu did the aforementioned magical death satellite deal. The thing was clearly unstable and dangerous.

Didn't it happen because they couldn't control it? The teacher can, thanks to her cellphone.

Even if Date did gain control of it, the emotional factor still comes into play. Her motivations for wanting to use it weren't all that different from Ieyasu's, as demonstrated in the finale. The crystal's control may have been overridden, given that they don't seem all that reliable either.

Anyway Date did say that the armor also existed in Her's and Hidayoshi's World

And here is the game's character page

http://www.heiwanet.co.jp/latest/cr_...me2/chara.html

You may need google translate and here are the names of the 3

Muro Ougai, Saito Murasame and Aida Kotarou

Is it just me or did that ending feel like Back To The Future to anyone else?

Overall a very fun series, I enjoyed it quite a bit. Most shows that venture into this territory end up taking themselves way too seriously and obviously that wasn't a problem here. I like how they left the door wide open for more episodes.

Quite a fun ending, started kind of awkward but the typical light-hearted pace returned. Loved the cliffhanger ending, hope to see a sequel if possible.
