It probably took the christmas excuse like all other magazine company do and say no issue this month or no chapter this month due to holiday

Hey at least the Accelerator idol chap came out and been seeing spoiler images, once again it golden cause i pic just made me laugh

From what I can tell it looks like the sniper has some tracking based esper power that causes her eyes to appear white whenever she uses it; this eye change is also seen in takitsubo's A.I.M. Stalker ability from the sisters arc. except this new ability can track level 0's (I don't believe A.I.M stalker works on level zeroes despite them still being espers as infered in NT2). it looks like the ability is explained in the chapter but I guess we'll need to wait for a translation.

Edit: That or she just has a really good nose or something? but that seems unnecessary; as 0930 arc features faultless smell tracking based tech. that and I just noticed the artist does the eye colour changing alot; even saten does it in this chapter.

for aim stalker: it should still work on lvl0's, afterall it is letting the user see the aim field and nothign more, lvl0's have aim fields too...

Suddenly i'm reminded of Saten searching for hidden money using her nose in the sisters arc; was she just using her esper ability to find all those cards!?

I thought so; I was thinking of an instance in NT1-NT2 where Takitsubo and ITEM were looking for Hamazura but didn't bother using AIM Stalker; but then I remembered she couldn't use her power without body crystal at that time, even though Takitsubo casually used it in WW3 without body crystal to assist Mugino's ability(What?). am I missing something here? or does body crystal only limit certain aspects of her abilties?

So based on what I saw, Rakko-chan can recognize the location of blood. Likely some sort of DNA radar or the like by ingesting liquid blood of the target. At least, based on what I could gather from the chapter since I can't read Chinese.

Rakko's tracking power involves tailing the other person. If the target makes a U turn, she cannot know what he/she has done in the mean time. It involves taking some blood, not necessarily from the target as she initially tracks the bloodstains of the grunts that got stuck to Frenda's clothes when she beat them up.

It allows her to see an after image of her target's actions when she walks up to the target's previous location, including footsteps. Frenda eventually shook her off by pouring a bucket of something on the ground (Rakko sees this in the after image then loses her location)

EDIT: On a second thought, the after image thing could just be visual representation to help the audience understand Rakko's power, not entirely sure at this point but you get the idea.

She shot off half of Frenda's left ear.

Her weapon seems to be a high pressure jet hidden under her sleeve.

As for the eyes changing color, pretty sure that's just artist special effects meant to emphasis on her cold personality when she's on her job and not related to her powers in any way.

I really wasn't ready to see Frenda just down right kill her, as this series has very few instances of actual character deaths (barring random soldiers of course), except for in battle royal where everyone dies and even then those murders are usually only done by villainous characters; Mugino, Accel, Kiharas ect (OT only), glad they aren't totally back-peddling her murderous nature established in the sisters arc though

Well, Frenda shows no mercy, as expected (we also knew Rakko would have to go before Battle Royale). Kamachi did reiterate recently in NT12 that, in the end, Frenda would likely be judged as an evil selfish person, but also that didn't stop her from having different sides to her person, which this whole deal with Saten and Rakko clearly shows.

I wonder why Kamachi gave Frenda this much detail for someone who died so abruptly.
It's as if she now stands as the symbol of the actual Dark Side of Academy City and not Accelerator who was able to fight back the Darkness.

That's not to say that I don't like her development. In fact, it frightens me to think how Kamachi was able to use her as the best point of view of what being someone from the Dark Side is all about.

Maybe Kamachi was just getting sick of the Fre/nda jokes?

Now it's not funny anymore (was it ever?) in-light of her having more character than the "jobber who got killed by a yandere lol"; especially since her death heavily influenced two of my favourite characters.

The real reason could be to have another dynamic to Hamazuras or Fremea's story arc; since that's the only storyline that fleshing out Frenda would actually influence. Namely that Frenda (to me at least) has the becomings of a non-megalomaniatic Mugino. or i'm just imagining it but frenda is definitely a sadist like Mugino from what I saw in the sisters arc.
As it seems to be less; "Look how nice of a girl Frenda was" and more "Look at Kamachi drawing parallels between the victim and the perpetrator... Oh and she's cute I guess".
"Cut from the same cloth; yet met different fates" ya know.

On another note I hope Hamazura and Saten have an interaction at some point; as they both have very similar character arcs ("imma level-0! sob*") and it would be a good way to introduce his character into the kagaku series. although from what it looks like Kamachi seems to be trying to have Frenda subsitute Hamazura as a level-0 who has no problem not having any power, which is understandable since Saten never got any closure for her insecurities.
