the intelligence sections under necessarius is probably from the believers of the sect. its been used against gremlin when they are searching for the base. A global search network. Anyone who has a cross of angelican church can be a spy or relay point for information.

Just use the Vol.2 from tha anime as reference.

Hi mates i watched the anime all seasons i wanted to read the novel but my friend gave me a spoiler that at the end of the light novel he dont remember anything about misaka mikoto ,index , his right hand and other characters. I want to know if this is true .If it is true then in my opinion is stupid .Beacuse he have his adventures and at the end hi lost his all memories. Please tell me if this spoiler is true if it then what is the sense of him losing memories. Sorry if i made any errors in writing im not from england or america

he wont lose his memorys, this story is a happy-hgo-lucky series where the people are saved AND a million years of torture can simply be ignored with RPG-logic....
the LN also isnt done.. it still gets published for god knows how many years and the author will also drag the main story out with all the unnecassary stuff :/

he has his memorys, he only lost it once in the past, and only the stuff with misaki and than in Vol.1 with everything about his former life...

BTW, i actually like the idea of him losing his memories about everyone at the end of the LN

I think it happened around NT 1 or 2, but I don't think they had any interaction with each other besides briefly glancing at each other.

I think someone who was there heard Miki say under his breath not to expect too much after that.

On another note, does it say anywhere that the Sisters increased their levels due to the Misaka network like people who used Level Upper?

Tch, really? I'm personally waiting till after the Heavy Object anime airs though am killing all expectations after the 2016 Spring Festival.

Not that I recall. All I remember is that the clones that were produced later had a higher ability level. Misaka Imouto is Level 2. Last Order is Level 3. Misaka Worst is Level 4.

Level Upper doesn't increase your base level, just your performance.

No different form Accelerator borrowing their brain power.

Regarding the Sisters, yeah I should have made my point clearer. I understand that Level Upper doesn't actually increase the level but the output, so my question was can the Sisters do something similar or have they already done that?
