My guy has some already existing jutsus(ok alot) and some original and some spine offs of some but this help develope my guy as the most powerful wind ninja

Fuuton: Meimei Kanshou (Divine Intervention): This technique uses wind to create a powerful barrier where the user chooses, this effectively blocks every type of attack incoming from that direction (excluding fire as this is a wind element, although weakening it instead of powering it up). The downside is that it only blocks in one direction and the chakra it takes to use in a larger area can be enormous. If the user runs out of chakra while expanding it, but forces it, it can still be maintained, however the sheild will remain the same size, and for every second the user forces it without chakra, 5 months of their lifespan will be depleted. In the end, if the user depletes his remaining lifespan he will die the cost of a divine intervention. However the user can also give up his entire life all at once to make the jutsu last for 48 hours and as a bubble around someone else.
Hand seals: Rabbit, Dog, Tiger.

It's nice because you have made it a decent and not an "zomg uber-hax" type jutsu that we sometimes see. It has a drawback being it can only block in one direction, and larger amounts of chakra is needed for a wider range. I am curious to see more jutsu like this from you, good job!

WOHOO got another for you guys i hope this is as good or better than my last one, it took my some time but i think it was worth it

Fuuton: I-Guri Tsume Dageki (Eagle Talon Strike): The user of this move needs to practice a lot in many arts of wind element manipulation to use this effectively and to live through the strain on the body, this technique is aimed at the heart of the opponent and the user manipulates his chakra into the wind enabling himself to fly temporarily, long enough to soar towards the opponent. While flying at the opponent the user uses wind manipulation to transform his hand into a blade of wind. The user then reaches his target and gouges at their heart peircing it easily as the wind is sharper than 97% of all blades on earth only exceeded by the greatest smiths blades which are blessed by the gods. The downside to this jutsu is that in order to manipulate so much wind takes amounts of chakra completely unreachable by anyone under the jonin level, exceptions of course include jinchuriki. The other downside of this technique is that the aim needs to be perfect or it could be a complete waste of chakra, and a technique like this cannot be wasted. Also if not perfectly manipulated the user could fall out of the sky causing death because of the height needed to maximize the power of the technique.

Kikaigakure as it is known is a small village located on an island far off the coast of the Fire Country. For years, they have been an upstart, developing technologies and inventions decades ahead of their time. Two hundred years later, this has become no exception. The small island city has grown to a hich-tech metropolis, it's borders expanded by dozens of landfill expansions, and enhanced ninja such as Ude Kasshu are a sight as common as a shuriken.
Ude Kasshu was born into Kikaigakure under a name long since forgotten, as his original family had placed him into an orphanage long before he could remember them. The orphanage he was placed into was one owned by the Ninja Academy, and was subsequently recruited once he reached the proper age. His progress was rather unimpressive, being below average in most subjects. He did eventually graduate, but was left to perform low-level missions, mainly acting as a messenger and courier. However, on one day, Kikaigakure fell under attack by group of rogue ninja, and was caught in an explosion from a bomb planted by them.
Afterwards, his condition was nearly hopeless. The explosion had cost him his right arm, right eye, both of his legs, and many of his organs were severely damaged by his pulverized ribcage. While nearing death, Ude volunteered for the cybernetic augmentation program, and was immediately accepted.
The operation had removed much of his former appearance, and humanity. He had a new mechanical limb, eye, and many other enhancements, but his former lacking skills were replaced by mental combat programming, which made the best use of his new enhancements. Now, continuing his service to the Kikaigakure Ninja, Ude Kasshu acts as a Hunter, searching out lost ninja and criminals, and if need be, destroy them.

Technology: Ude Kasshu's numerous enhancements are the pinnacle of Kikaigakure's technological developments.

While chakra is still prevalent in Ude's body, in order to power the mechanical parts he has a pair of fins on his back. These fins can extend solar panels as thin as a sheet of cloth and gather energy. The panels are very efficient and can extract large amounts of energy in minutes, enough to keep his combat functions running for hours, if the need demands it.

These panels can also be retracted, and the fins can serve another purpose, to generate thrust for his primary attack, which will be explained further on.

The artificial right eye is another advanced piece of Kikaigakure technology. When activated, it can detect objects through heat signatures, can amplify light for night-vision, and perform numerous other features. It's more advanced functions are based on many famous eye-related kekkei-genkai, such as detecting muscle movement, and providing an extended field of vision, amongst other functions. These advanced functions however, are still within experimental stages, and their actual effectiveness pales in comparison to the genuine articles.

The legs are visually entirely different from the other prosthetics on Ude's body, but are still incredible. The structure is modeled after actual human anatomy, and is composed of a high-strength alloy skeleton covered in artificial muscle. The muscles are dozens of times more powerful than actual muscle, giving Ude incredible leg strength. The feet are also equipped with super-compacted thrusters, allowing for thrust-powered jumps and high speed propulsion.

Ude's arm is itself an incredible piece of machinery. While having much more power than a human arm immediately, it's packed with numerous combat functions, which Ude prefers to use almost exclusively over jutsu, since the difference in hand size makes forming hand signs clumsy and awkward at best.

The combat functions are as follows,

Beam Naginata - The spike-like fin on the arm's elbow is actually a very compact, double ended beam weapon. When activated, the handle extends from the elbow, and can be pulled out. Once removed from the arm, a blade of energy erupts from both ends, making it a blade strong enough to slice through nearly any material. Ude does consider this weapon to be too powerful when going against metal weaponry, he lowers the output to make it more more exciting when entering a swordfight, since the lower power makes it weak enough to only resist blades instead of slice right through them.

Arm Cannon - A long-distance weapon. The arm folds open, and the central energy structure flips out to form a cannon barrel. The barrel can fire a high energy beam. This attack is used in lieu of shuriken and kunai, and has much more power.

Heat End - Ude's most powerful weapon. The Heat End works by having every joint in the hand remove themselves from their primary connectors. The sections of fingers then all spin at near-sonic speed, spouting huge amounts of energy in the process. The fingers spin so quickly, the hand retains its shape, and moves in a normal fashion, but now any contact with the hand will cause severe damage, and in the event of a full-contact strike, the force can be almost instantly fatal.
Taking advantage of this powerful ability, Ude uses his fins to fire energy at a high rate, as well as fire his foot thrusters, making him a charging hand of destruction. If his hand makes contact at this speed, the force of the impact combined with the hand's natural destructive power at that state end up completely obliterating all but the most resistant of materials.

Oh wow DtM, that guy's a monster It's nice to see another menacing nin from Kikai. The arm cannon is probably the coolest part imo (of course I've always been a fan of decimating things from hundred feet awat )

Hair: Tsuyoi has short pitchblack hair with hair on the left side of his face hiding his left eye completly.
Eyes: Tsuyoi's eyes are a dark green color that might be emerald.
Clothes: He wears a dark green short sleeved shirt and black shorts with no pockets. The clothes are fit to wear they make no noise when he moves. He wears the traditional blue shoes that most of the ninja's wear.
Body: He is very pale, with just alittle hint of a tan, which is strange because he lives in the Rock Village, and is fairly built.

Bio: He was born in Iwa with fairly good parents and a normal Iwa life. Well, as normal as it can be there. He graduated the Academy at age 13, were he was teamed up with Mei and Awai, and they have been best friends ever since. He graduated from being a Genin at age 15, which was much more difucult than it probably should have been for him. Ever since, he's been very loyal to the Kage of Iwa and would never leave the village unless it was a matter of duty. ( I know this is not very detailed but I can't make it any better right now.)

Effect: Using small rocks, marbles, balls or just senbon needles by creating wind natured chakra around multiple particles and causing the chakra to spin like drills the user can send barrages of wind bullets towards the opponent that can easily pierce through the skin, the smaller to point the greater the pressure.

Nice Jutsu's Cub-Sama i liked your crescent wind blade technique well done, i liked how you included how the more honed the blade is the deeper it cuts, only one thing, the jutsu doesnt really seem to have a downside, but its not uber overpowered at least. STILL good job .

Actually it does, the jutsu doesn't cover a large area, the length is just the length of a wakizashi so it is easy to dodge which is why I should of included that it should be used as point blank technique or a close range technique or a long range technique to be used when the opponent is in a closed area.

I really like the second one. It seems as if it's a complex technique and there's some anti-proportionality in it and it's quite logical. I like it, but isn't C-rank pretty low for such a nice move? I'd place it in the B or even A-area, which would also be another disadvantage, because it would be harder to learn. All in all a very creative technique that allows a lot of variety in battle.

I would create Naomi Shimizawa, and her jutsu would be and S-Rank called, the uhm....... Super Mega Goddess Jutsu. And she gets to do whatever she wants with it, even copy Kekkei Genkai![/n00b]
