ah, so I wasnt wrong thinking Iris was one of Athens Generals invovled in the invasion of Kishna. But he was suppose to been killed by Girge?.

Looks like Athens been raiding border towns killing cilivans. Well with the main invasion defeated, so I guess its no suprise they are now raiding and slaugthering civlians in retaliation. Athens are Tyrants afterall. Just Sigwyns in a danger zone all alone :'(. Bad lygatto! you shouldnt of left her >< . For Lygattos sake, lets hope the real princess is the one riding with him. The other one seems aligned to Athens. Hence Athens forces showing up at the end to slaughter what looks to be Assams resistance figthers? Makes sense why she was in a Athens golem. Its the one being tested for Zess

The raw had a panel of her but we're going to have to wait for the scans or a trans of the chapter to see if Hodr finally got to explain to Rygart the situation with her.

Hoho. I really like the flow of story this chapter. Hodr broke Rygart denseness plus the news of Sigyn being captured. No wonder he's back in the cockpit again

Zess has some serious issues. He may not have known about the order to execute the royal family last time around but there's no way he's unaware of this plan to execute Sigyn.

The interlude "Farmer Blade" has ended, we can finally expect some serious Rygart mecha action in the coming chapters.

I was really hoping they would find a *2nd* Accient Golem. But this was a nice chapter. Once again Sigywn is taken hostage in war and more civilians massacured. Zess truely is a tyrant basturd.

He once again can beat the drums of war ^_^. When the Letter from Assam first arived, I always thought it was Assam resistance fighters asking for help in liberating Assam. But now the Princess has been that desperate, she has came herself. With Athens demanding to hand over the fake princess, makes me truely believe she is the real deal. The one working for Athens is a double, imposter to take her place is what I think.

Strategicly speaking, making an alliance with Assam would improve the survival from the 2 power houses of Athens and Orlando. But the biggest question to be asked, after there heroic victory over Athens, do they have the strength to liberate Assem. That answer of course will come down the the key unit, Lygatto right? Hes obviously the guy who can change the tide.

Truely interesting writing, there was no way Lygatto was going to go back to war, unless people he cares most are threatened. I felt something bad was going to happen to Sigwn previously, but least she is still alive. If they killed her, I'd expect Lygatto to burn Athens to the ground ^_~

Having an exchange is one thing but asking the Krishna to disband its military is unrealistic.

It shows desperation on part of Athens.

Let us not forget the true reason why Athens is on a rampage in the continent.

It's supplies of quartz is running out.

Truth is a continental war could go either way. Athen's problem isn't military but its supply.

If Orlando or Krishna get any idea how much in dire straights Athen's is in regards to its quartz supply they would push aggressively.

There's nothing strange about it.
Many nations have fought each other over resources they wanted and have a lack of (eg.All the major European powers over the spice routes).

Why are Athen's methods of occupation so extreme? If they just offer to let everyone live in the first place, they could ocuppied Krisna without bloodshed and depleting resources...

and now they are threaten to kill the Queen of the country... really

Cause they view the citizens of these countries took what they think is entitled to them. And they've been kicked out once before. Athens is buying to its own revisionist propaganda.

The formation of these countries , Assam and Krishna, if you've notice is to really serve as buffer states of Orlando.

If Athens and Orlando had a common border they would be fighting right now for control of the continent.

Not only is Athens route to conquest blunted by two buffer states but they lost territory.

Plus one of General Borcus subordinates makes a return an it would seem that trouble is brewing by indication of the ending panels. Also, looks like Athens are searching the princess Rygart's with. Looks like Athens wants an Assam leader whose friendly to their country but also wants to eliminate her twin sister so there won't be a succession crisis and rival for the throne who might want to ally with Krisna. __________________

Pretty much a talkative chapter so I'll be waiting for the scans. Interesting enough, Rygart ends up back in the cockpit. __________________
