The first season went with an anime original ending though, so either the whole season would be anime original, or it would need a lot of retcons, so in the end I heavily doubt a second season of PH.

I know, PH has a bad ending, but the manga still on-going, so my hopes are not dead

Still I would love to see the rest of Taiki's story being animated, though....yeah small chances or almost impossible it'll happen unless NHK willing to bring it back.

I'd be down with anime original. It's true that Yoko's pretty much out of the picture at this stage, and the loss of focus is the main problem with the series. But I'm also hearing that the author is picking up this series again, a new book of short stories was published not that long ago. So maybe there is some hope left.

If twelve kingdom is gonna have a new anime, an easy one will be Tonan no Tsubasa ( The Aspiring Wings) - the story of the little Queen of Kyou (Shushou) who slap Shoukei around. It is 1 volume so it can easily fit 1 cour. The entire story is complete unlike Taiki's who still haven't concluded (where the hell is Gyousou Saku), Last but not least, the story is goooooood.

Does this extend to series that are more than fifteen years old? Because I'd seriously like to see the ending to Justy Tylor (aka, Captain Tylor)'s misadventures. For cripes sakes, the real ending happened in the light novels that are more than two decades out of print, and are as such unavailable to English-speakers and readers.

Space Battleship Yamato had been gone for about 15 years (if one counts Yamato 2520) when the long....long delayed Resurrection movie came out. It had been off the air as a series really since the early 1980s, so when a new film came out in 2009....it had been a long time. Now we are looking at a sequel to the remake (Yamato 2199) that might tell a new story for the 40th Anniversary.

A sequel to Valvrave, another sequel after that then another after and again another after that too... Saki need to be in all of them.

A spin-off anime that emphasized solely on Saki Rukino is desperate needed as well.

For rest: I would like a sequel to the Legend of the Legendary Hero, Mondaiji needed one too, a new Megaman anime is needed too and that pretty much it for me.
