Today is the release of the series' manga version. Its illustrator, Karasaki-sensei, is hosting a contest for the celebration its release. All it requires is to follow this account on twitter and follow the tweet that has the image in the box to compete
https://twitter.com/denplaycomic The web version will resume soon, but right now, the author is so hype with this announcement as he considered it even better than the book version. Speaking of which, the 2nd vol of that format will be out soon. A short bonus story of End and Senri was posted in the web version. Last edited by Meera; 2020-09-26 at 15:28. |

Hi, I've been busy due to private matters along with the new restrictions imposed in my area.
The 7th chapter is scanlated and the 8th was released last month. The next chapter will be on Christmas day. as web novel is still slow in resuming its course. Enjoy the Holiday week and stay safe Last edited by Meera; 2020-12-26 at 17:02. |

Hello everyone!!!!, I integrate me to the forum, sorry if my English is bad, I'm still learning.
Read the novel, I like how it goes to history and the protagonists, they have potential, to wait for the next chapters. By the way, I have a question: Spoiler for novel plot:

Took me a minute to figure out who Albertus even is. And End dies at the start of the novel and is the only time he dies, as he becomes undead after.
Spoiler for Senri I guess:
The manga for this also ended at the second volume. Which is hot garbage. Japan really just does have shit taste for what they buy and don't buy. I'm almost positive if a series like Berserk started nowadays it wouldn't sell for shit. The market just doesn't want it. Unless of course the manga only ended because there's still no second LN volume to adapt from. Which the point still stands, just not as strongly. |

Bought and finished the 1st volume and now I’m hooked! It managed to fill a certain gothic itch.
Thanks also for the spoilers! I can see that it will be interesting going forward. Too bad that only 1 volume was published in Japan despite the web novel being updated, does anyone know what’s up with that? For now I’ll fulfill my curiosity by reading the translated web novel chapters ~

I meant more a slower burn story that focuses on plot than dark fantasy.
You don't give readers instant gratification in some degenerate regard then they ain't reading your shit. Doesn't help the market is highly competitive due to oversaturation, so early sales are way more important than overall sales. I suppose that, yes, dark fantasy is also on a pretty low curve at the moment. But this isn't the thread for that stuff I suppose. |
