Senri's fate is left ambiguous. Her comrade believed that End's death wouldn't stop her forever from protecting the weak and whatnot like she always does. However, he's also pissed off that End became the one 'exception' of vampire in that, from start to finish, he (un)lived as a person instead of a treacherous monster, and is mad that this exception has been implanted into Senri forever.

It seems Senri's mentor, Epè is also dying (of presumably natural causes). It also spoke of how him living was the greatest deterrence to undead, him being exceptionally powerful and all. So with his death will bring a lot of changes, mainly undead forces becoming more active. Senri's comrade expects she'll eventually fill the gap he leaves, or will at least try to.

As end is not actually dead and tricked everyone into thinking he's dead (with no actual plan for revival, however), he's not actually this exception of a vampire.
I suspect Monica and Oliver's reason for helping End is because they want a new leader to rely on, seeing as End killed their previous one, and the only other Lord we know about only likes vampires and treats anything else like a slave.

Spoiler for plot:

Nevira was more pissed off with the fact End risked himself to save Senri during the sunrise and the fact he's in love with her instead of being a monster like the other dark beings.

Sable also received the news of End's fate. He both belittle and awes that End's powerful status possibly comes to an end for a knight.

Took me a minute to figure out who Albertus even is. And End dies at the start of the novel and is the only time he dies, as he becomes undead after.

Nothing's wrong with Senri. With Epe's death monsters now roam much more freely and even attack towns for pretty much no goal in mind. Basically doing it because everyone else is. End goes around hunting these types.

Senri's apparently the center of the human resistance now in place of Epe but she's far more ineffective and we have no idea where she is or what she's actually doing. End's goal is find her currently.

Albertus isn't important like at all. End's third 'death' (first from disease, second from being a head if you want to call it that) is him becoming only a heart and being buried in the ground for a few years after fighting a Lord. Again that's still not being dead for a vampire so he didn't die anyway.

The manga for this also ended at the second volume. Which is hot garbage.
Japan really just does have shit taste for what they buy and don't buy.

I'm almost positive if a series like Berserk started nowadays it wouldn't sell for shit. The market just doesn't want it.
Unless of course the manga only ended because there's still no second LN volume to adapt from. Which the point still stands, just not as strongly.

I meant more a slower burn story that focuses on plot than dark fantasy.
You don't give readers instant gratification in some degenerate regard then they ain't reading your shit. Doesn't help the market is highly competitive due to oversaturation, so early sales are way more important than overall sales.
I suppose that, yes, dark fantasy is also on a pretty low curve at the moment.

But this isn't the thread for that stuff I suppose.

Too be precise, he is very intelligent and has very strong survival instinct.
But at the same time he is some what of an air head with gag like behaviors.
