Will sasuke use the curse seal get his Mangekyou Sharingan or are there other ways?

Yes there are other ways Kakashi got it and since all his friends are dead, now weather he uses the curse seal is yet to be seen.

It wasn't said exclusively that Rin died in the war and he said all the people closest to me are dead (after the time-skip) So maybe:

Basically the one person Sasuke cared about, his whole drive, his meaning for life is Itachi, and with him dead. Sasuke lost that who was closest to him unlocking his Mangekyou Sharingan. What I have come to conclude is that each Mangekyou has its own techniques, and as such Itachi implanted all of his Mangekyou Techniques within Sasuke's eyes.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the MS has 3 techniques. Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, based on info from the data books, are techniques found in all of the different Mangekyo. But the third technique (for Itachi it was Susanoo) seems to be specific (or at least it has never been described in the data books like the other two) to the person. Part of the powers of the EMS is the ability of a fourth MS technique that only the EMS allows a Sharingan user to posses. So, my theory is that the EMS, which is a slight combination of two MS, will have the two standard techniques (Tsukuyomi and Amaterasu) plus the two unique techniques (the specific third technique that is different for each MS user).

Sasuke probably has the same MS as Itachi as Itachi said you have the potential to get the same MS I have but then again it might be that Sasuke may have two different MSs, one in each eye, the eye that Sasuke used for Amaterasu is Itachi's MS and the other eye is his MS but then again that would be too complicated

No, because he lost the Curse Seal altogether, which has been confirmed as per chapter 401. However it appears he has Mangekyou Sharingan because of the death of Itachi witnessed by the Sharingan eyes.
