Shōjo Manga/Anime with no Drama/Romance

I am looking for a shōjo manga/anime that has fantasy/action and comedy but dose not have any drama/romance in it. Thanks for the help

Do you mean drama, or "drama?" These shows have some drama in the standard sense, not in the sense of over-emotionalized adolescent issues which young people these days call "drama." Orange is a good example of the latter.

Angelic Layer, also by CLAMP.

Chihayafuru is officialy josei, but it has a lot of shoujo stylings. There's a hint of romance, but Chihaya herself is oblivious.

I am sorry for the late reply but the drama I am talking about is the second meaning for drama that you mentioned, that is something I don't want.

Kiddy comedy series like Akazukin Chacha, Animal Yokochō and a lot of the stuff that runs in Ribon fit the bill.

Only the first season/Part, the second is full of more traditional dramatic romance shojou tropes.

Ribbon Knight might count, one earliest work, count both as shojo and shonen, Rose of Versailles, romance is pretty minor in front politics.
