Mmm, I feel like the foreshortening is a lot more evident on the staff than her arm, and the foreshortening makes it feel like the staff should be pointing straight at the 'viewer' but the rest of the perspective makes it feel like the staff is at a pretty wide angle to the viewer.

That said, you've really come a long way since you started posting here, Rick. Congratulations.

yeah i concur, it feels off, but you are improving, keep at it ^^

Her face is also off. Her eyebrows should probably be covered by her bangs and her eyes, nose and mouth should probably be bigger.

Thanks for the coments, well, actually this is for a "perspective" contest and I'm not that good on perspective, still I was happy with the drawing and since I'm running out of time for the contest deadline, here's the final piece with color.
