Welcome 2 my Showcase!
This thread's starting to get some attention so i'm revamping it, with more info... Been making photoshop art off & on for a few years now, though i am still amatuer at best... i think i am getting better though, especially since i came here... This thread is mainly to showcase my abstract bg's & sigs i've made for myself and for others... most of the sigs i am displaying in this thread were personally made for me or as requests for other forum members. So, sorry, but unless a sig is marked as "Freebie" u can't ask for or claim it... Though i will have sigs that u can claim, and i also will be taking requests for new personalized sigs. Each post will contain some of my old stuff and some of my new stuff... with brief descriptions... so, here we go.... Let start with some old stuff...  this was one of the first sigs i remember making...  last sig i made before i stopped making sigs for like a year or so...  something simple, made for a fellow forum member back in the day...  mmmm, practicing abstract blending is fun....  now for some recent stuff...  ah... one of the first sigs i made for this forum... *sniff   made these 2 for me & a buddy, edited mine a LOT though, thanks for all the helpful advice btw....   made these for a friend recently, though they're really just crops with some added text & effects... Freebie: Up For Grabs!  just made this sig, thought it came our rather well... who knows though... and finally some abstact bg's both new & old...  -  made these back in the day...  -  and these are fairly recent... With cerries on top  And puppy eyes *_*  I would say try to blend filter and brushing for BG making .. and dont afraid to experiment ^^ I started as filter whore.. then brushing whore .. then brushing and filter.. then c4d.. then brushing filtering and c4d .. and now hooked with layer blending for my final touch. And if you are looking for tutorial on sigmaking.. dont look for tutorial that just say, do this then do that .. you get this after that .. you are only replicating the sig with different pic, thats all... Look for tutorial that takes time to explain why a step is taken. why doing this isnt good etc etc... Just look at my sig showcase, not all of them are top notch, I admit that .. but they all are distinctly different from each other in how the end result is reached and I'm proud that I can say those are my creations .. Not just something that you see in 90% of those graphic forums.

 @kina: mmmm, thanks for the tips... here are the sources as per your request...   -  -  = my cut out version...and now some more art from my collection... lets again start with the old...  my old forum member's fav sig from me, back in the day...  just a random old sig i made out of one of my many bg's...  -  at one point i had a webpage & forum, and as a service i let my members request sigs from me, these are just a couple... now some more recent stuff...  -  just a couple sigs i made for peeps on this forum... nothing too fancy... Freebie: Up For Grabs!  just a random sig i made... btw, thanks Kina for the nice tip in the tuturial thread about jagged edges... Freebie: Up For Grabs!  one of my more simpler sigs... yet it got the highest approval rating here... /shrug... and now some BG's both new & old...  -  some old ones from back in the day...  -  -  and these are some very recent ones... mmmm kay, more to come later.... don't forget to comment, let me know what u think, advice, critique, whatever.... gg k thxs.... mmmm, made 3 new sigs...
Freebie: Up For Grabs!  just a crop really... wanted to see if i had an "eye" for it... /shrug Freebie: Up For Grabs!  friend asked me to make him some bleach/naruto sigs for his page as freebies, this is gonna be the 1st of many...  hmmm, i think this is my best blend job so far, imo... i like the whole effect too... and now some random bg's  -  these r more effects than anything else, just experimenting...  -  -  and some sig bg's i just made that i might use later... comment, critique, gimmi some advice, laugh, cry, whatever... just let me knows what u think... k thxs... @Mr.Strategist: sorry, that was a sig i personally made for myself, and i plan to use it again eventually if not here, then on another forum, i apologize, it was my fault for not explaining this thread properly in my first post... as i have mentioned above, i have edited my first post, so if u like, plz re-read it... also, i can make u a personalized death note sig if u want, all u have to do is provide me the details of your request,(refer to my first post) @bigdave: lol... thanks! by all means, any BG posted here is free for anybody to use, though i'd appreciate if u let me know which ones u plan on using...  ...Well, in honor of my revamp to this thread, i've made a few freebies & here there are.. though i might test run the Jigoku Shoujo one if nobody claims it right away... heh...
