Okay, the spoiler's out and the story of Luffy's past continues! Credit for the spoiler translation goes to Steven D. Teach from AP forums (with a few corrections here and there by aohige):

-Chapter title is "The Porsschemy Incident". Crocodile and Daz are on the splash page (guess that means Absalom and Hogback didn't have a ministory after all..... )

-The pirates have tied Luffy to a tree, but he still refuses to snitch on Ace. One of the pirates try to make him talk by smashing him with a hammer, but it's no use, as Luffy's eaten the Gomu Gomu fruit. Porschemy then puts on spiked gloves and pounds Luffy with them, trying to force Ace's location out of him. Though Luffy's in great pain and bleeds like crazy, he still refuses to talk. Porschemy tells his fellow crewmates to go search for Ace and Sabo......

-Meanwhile, Ace and Sabo decide to relocate their hoard of treasure just in case Luffy rats out their location to the pirates. As this is going on, the two pirates from before are asking the homeless citizens about the two boys' whereabouts. At nighttime, both the boys have finished moving all their treasure. However, Sabo reports to Ace that Luffy still hasn't fessed up to the pirates, which shocks Ace.....

-Meanwhile, at the pirate captain Bluejam's pirate ship, Bluejam himself wonders why Porschemy is so late, and thinks he may have run off with the money. Meanwhile, Porschemy continues to brutalize poor Luffy, but he gets tired doing so. Another pirate thinks that it's useless to try to squeeze any more info out of Luffy, but Porschemy just tells him to keep looking for Ace and Sabo since it's their lives that are on the line. A homeless person who was watching Luffy get tortured wants to call the police, but another guy tells him that it's useless, since the Grey Terminal is a lawless land. Bluejam's crew gives money to the nobles, so their wicked deeds are allowed in the land, and any corpses that they pile up are just more trash to get added to the heap. Porschemy tries one last time to get Luffy to talk, but the boy is still as stubborn as ever. Porschemy then pulls out a sword and is about to finish him off for good.....

-.....However, he gets stopped by Ace and Sabo who arrive in the nick of time! A nearby pirate confirms that they're the boys who stole the money from them. Porschemy grabs Ace and tells him how troublesome Luffy was, but at that moment Sabo whacks him with a pole, distracting all the pirates. He them steals a knife from one of them and cuts Luffy free. He tells Ace to escape, but his compaion wants to stay behind to take on the big pirate. Sabo warns Ace that he's biting off more than he can chew, while Porschemy gets up and says one more time to hand over the money. Ace says he has a better use for it, which angers the pirate. The two of them fight, with Sabo deciding to back up Ace. Porschemy cuts Ace's forehead and Sabo's pole, and says he'll quit being a pirate if he loses to some kids. Luffy watches the fight in silence......

-Night falls once again, and Captain Bluejam hears Porschemy's story. Porschemy, who's badly beaten, tries to explain himself further, but the disappointed captain refuses to hear any more, nor does he want to see his subordinate's face ever again. He then promptly shoots him dead. Meanwhile, Luffy is still upset over the whole ordeal, and Sabo tells Ace how foolish he was to fight against real pirates like that. He feels certain that Bluejam's crew will be hunting them down. Ace, meanwhile, is annoyed by Luffy's blubbering, and tells him he hates wimpy crybabies like him. He then slaps Luffy, which stops his crying. Luffy thanks the two, starting to cry again. Ace gets annoyed again at first, but then asks Luffy why he didn't rat them out when the pirates tortured him. Luffy replies it's because they wouldn't be friends anymore if he talked. Ace wonders why Luffy would go that far to be his friend, and Luffy says it's because he has nobody else to depend on. He can't return to Fuschia village, he hates mountain bandits, but being alone is the most painful thing of all for him. Ace asks him about his parents, and Luffy replies that Garp's the only family he has. Ace then thinks back to the people who said that any child of Gold Roger's is a demon, and asks Luffy if he wants him to live. Luffy says yes, but Ace replies that he hates naive kids like him. Luffy tries to say that he's strong, but it's not exactly easy to keep oneself from crying when being tortured with a spiked glove. However, he says he'll grow up to be stronger than anyone and be a great pirate, as he promised Shanks. It's at this time that Sabo pipes up that even though he's spent his whole life at the garbage heap, he'll have to move now that he's being pursued by pirates......

-And so, Luffy and Ace bring Sabo with them to Dadan's hideout. Naturally, the bandit leader disapproves of the new arrival, but now he's stuck with her. She tries to get them to do chores, but they pretty much disobey her and do nothing but fight a bunch of beasts, punks, and pirates, gaining themselves a rather notorious reputation. One day, Dadan is reading a newspaper and asks one of her flunkies where "Goa" is. The bandit then explains that Colbo Mountain, Fuschia village, and the garbage heap are all part of the "Goa Kingdom". Dadan then comments that there's a special visitor coming to visit the land, which seems to be stirring up quite a lot of news: A World Noble (aka the Tenryuubito).......

.....Man! It feels like a lot happened this chapter! As figured, Luffy's capture served to strengthen the bond between him and Ace (as well as Sabo, since he's forced to live with them now). Interesting that a world noble has decided to visit East Blue. I wonder if it's one of those bastard nobles from the Sabaody arc (God, can you imagine Charlos travelling that far just to shop for pirates )....?

Anyway, it sounds like Sabo was a real badass, since he was going around beating up pirates, as well. This actually makes me further question the possibility of him being dead at the present time. Maybe he'll end up being captured by the nobles and turned into a slave (most likely in order to save his friends' lives, since sacrifices are the norm in these flashbacks)? That way he has a chance of reappearing later in the series (and would explain why we haven't really heard about him until just recently)......

Anyway, I eagerly await the new chapter......

^LOL, You didn't need to go into quite so much detail (that's right too much can annoy just as easily as too little ).

Sabo isn't dead yet...damn. But, more or less what we expected though, with minimal surprises. Can't wait to see some pics of Bluejam and find out just why a Tentyubito is coming to Luffy's island (besides killing Sabo ).

And yes, sadly enough, no Hogback mini-story...

Hopefully this Tentyubito gets his/her ass handed to him/her. Really would like to see Ace find his fruit. That is much more interesting than this so far.

Crocodile and Mr. 1 look extremely cool, though, so at least there's that.

I wonder why a Tentyubito would come all the way out here. It seems rather out of the way when they can get anything they want closer to home.

Yeah, I guess I kinda got carried away (partially because I was a bit anxious for a spoiler to appear myself). I'll try to control myself in the future.....

Yeah, I want to see Bluejam, too (apparently, he has a pretty funky hairstyle and bad teeth, according to the script). As for Sabo.... I still don't think there's any guarantee that he's dead. For all we know, he's currently at Mariejoa spit-shining shoes for the nobles.

Is the Crocodile cover just a normal cover or is it part of a ministory? As for the chapter itself, it's pretty much what was expected. It's surprising to have a Tenyuubito show up here though, what business could they have here?

Cant be certain, we had similar covers with Strawhats being together during Whitebeard war but we all knew that it was not canon but just Oda giving us nice covers.

We saw Shanks and Buggy drinking sake on few chapters earlier and it might or might not be true either. We also see covers like Vivi reading a book while sitting on a belly of that ape thing (dont know english name).

So that Crocodile cover just might be Oda's 'fan-art' without any real importance, or it might be canon.

Chapter was good, Luffy took some brutal torture there and it was nice to see that boys reached understanding in this chapter, I am starting to like Sabo and I hope nothing bad wont happen to him.

Now this chapter was quite the surprise for me...

not as far as content goes, that was, as james said, more or less predictable. However, I belonged to that group who was not really looking foward to this flashback and would have rather liked to see more of the wars aftermath.

But... oh well, Oda did it again... I actually found myself enjoying this chapter quite a lot, maybe even a little more than some of the high-tense war chapters. I guess thats mostly due to the very fast pacing... seems a little like Oda is pretty excited himself to be at this point in the story and is keeping this flashbacks pace way higher than previous ones (at least in my feeling).

Hahaha wow. The chapter turned out exactly like MarvelB said lol. Hey MarvelB it's just a suggestion but maybe you should go back to just giving a brief summary instead of going into so detail.

Yeah, I already said I'd control myself next time....

Anyways, I enjoyed the chapter. Checking out Bluejam, he kinda looks like Crocodile..... except uglier. Also, as I said before, Sabo definitely strikes me as being pretty badass (I love how he talked back to Dadan near the end of the chapter), and I'm kinda starting to hope that he DOESN'T die in this flashback (though there's still a good chance of that happening).....

Well, I guess our world noble friend will be introduced next chapter. My guess is that he/she will be involved in some illegal dealings with Bluejam or something, which is how our hellraiser trio will end up getting involved with them.....

My review:

Sounds like Sabo is quite a character helping out Ace against the crewmember of Bluejam. If Bluejam looks like an ugly version of Sir Crocodile, what would make Bluejam so ugly in comparison with Sir Crocodile himself? I also know how wickedly evil Bluejam is dealing with a World Noble (Tenryuubito). I would have to guess that this World Noble is possibly Charloss' Father at his younger age.

Haha, Luffy's pretty cute as a kid. Trying to hold back his tears is so adorable. xD

Next week, Luffy's first encounter with a Tenryuubito. I guess that dude he ko'd awhile back was the second one he's ever punched. >_>

If Luffy had punched one as a kid, Hancock (not to mention most of the world) would have heard of it. I doubt it'll happen.

^More likely, Sabo will do something 10 meters away from the Tenryubito, but the privaleged bastard will still take offense to whatever Sabo is doing, and order the poor kid to be put to death...j/k (because I want Sabo to die).

How do we know for sure that it'll be Luffy who ends up being responsible for an international incident, anyway? Ace and Sabo are just as likely to slug one of those aristocratic assholes (yep, Garp and Dadan certainly taught those kids well about showing respect to authority figures ).....

Hey now, what do you have against Sabo, james? He's just a poor kid from the ghetto who wants to scrape together a few bucks so he can make an (dis)honest living as a pirate! Is that enough reason to wish death upon the little hooligan?

If the Tenryuubito does get pwned by one of the trio, wouldn't that mean something like what happened at Shabondy Archipelago would occur at the Goa Kingdom? Like an Admiral being called in and the place being leveled by a force of Marines?

Maybe then Sabo gets killed or captured amidst the chaos.

^Speaking of the admirals, I wonder if Kong was still fleet admiral at the time? If so, maybe he's accompanying the noble from this flashback as an escort/bodyguard of sorts. It certainly would be an interesting time to properly introduce him after chapter 0, no?

^The fact that Luffy didn't know about the nobles prior to the Sabaody arc doesn't exactly erase the possibility of him having met one of them in East Blue. Recall that it wasn't until the Sabaody arc that Luffy found out that Shanks was a former member of Roger's crew. The same could be true for the government blowhards, as well.
