After watching Futari, I was able to understand more about its world settings.
Alice and Kasumi, known as Feathers.
Looking forward to see their appearance as Feathers in this season.
Alice's big brother Shion might have one of Marine's Elements I suspect.
These two has less appearance in this season is because they are not the center anymore and they still have to go to school, they cannot just skip school.

Kokoro's assistant Tokugawa was it, she appeared since Futari and still has some roles in this series.
To think Tokugawa became one of the gag characters like Alice and Kasumi.
Arresting Kasumi because of her attempt of becoming a phantom thief for the moment.
Feathers is already became like Milky Holmes since this season.

Loved the Girls und Panzer reference, and was slightly surprised that Lucky Star references are still a thing.

"The official website for the Tantei Kageki Milky Holmes TD television anime announced on Friday that the fifth episode, "Carol no Minoshirokin" (Carol's Ransom), has been delayed from its planned broadcast on Saturday, January 31. The website explained that the delay was "due to circumstances." The first episode of the anime will rerun instead on Saturday. "

"1000IQ"? "Akechi Kokoro-chan"? "Kokoro-chan yuuna", hits herself?
Saku Toyama imitation? Not even close! Although it is good in a different way.
