It means that there is a first place with a vote lead that won't be lost unless all of a sudden there was a huge amount of votes for someone else. However, because we have a deadline to allow all possible votes to be counted the results won't be announced until after voting expires.

Announcing the results prematurely isn't fair to people who still have a chance to have their voices heard. So I asked KiNA and Marina to hold off announcing names until after the voting period officially expired.

Hope that explains it.

Interestingly, my time zone calculations are off for this month. I'll have to revise that for next month. Regardless, voting is closed after this post/edit.
