Craziest massacres in anime!

Hey people

I would like to know your your opinion on what you believe are the craziest massacre scenes in anime. Scenes where tons of people are brutally murdered Your top 3 or your favorite one will do. I'm compiling a list and i have a few nominations already. I'd like to add some new nominations to the list

These are the current nominees:

- Berserk, eclipse massacre

(Having all your friends and loved ones brutally massacred and tortured in front of you ... definite contender)

- Afro Samurai, first fight scene

Spoiler:

(in the opening fight scene featuring afro, he easily massacres over 20 enemies in cold blood)

- Elfen Lied, market massacre

Spoiler:

(Lucy kills tons of bystanders in the market brutally before being chased by the police)

- Kenshin OVA, his childhood memories

Spoiler:

(In the Kenshin OVA you see how the entire group traveling with Kenshin is brutally murdered by bandits, very cruel scene ...)

- Code Geass, stadium massacre

Spoiler:

(After accidentally using his Geass against Euphemia, she goes ahead and massacres all the Japanese people in the stadium)

Accelerator is chosen to become the first Godlike (level 6)esper. In order to do this he had to kill 20,000 clones (level 3), He was stopped but not before he killed about 10,000.

maybe all of them are crazy.... but I think Code Geass is the craziest.... since they animated it...

We don't see how Accelerator kill 10,000 Misaka's (only 10 are animated)

If it's about craziness... I have a hard time to remember, but I remember the beginning of Ninja Resurrection making an effect on me.

i was going to put what happened in ep 20 but i dont know if thats a massacre.

That $hit in the end, was the most bonkers $hit I think my eyes have ever seen...Little pubes in the flask effed my lifetime up with that...

Gundam X - Humanity being decimated to a few million after the colonies destroyed most of earth was like damn son...

DBZ - Freeza launching that pebble of an energy ball from his/her fingertip only for it to expand and totally devour all of planet Vegeta and every Saiyan all to the soundtrack of his/her laff...Exceptional (And yeah, I consider Freeza to be androgynous^^, end of story)...

Majin Buu killing everyone on earth in one hand blast, and Majin Vegeta killing people in the stadium was raw aswell, but not as fun as Freeza...

Hmmm, what about the Nazi vamps in Hellsing taking over whatever city that was? That has to be one of the goriest massacres I've seen in an anime, complete with a lovely battle song, shaking bodies impaled on stakes and lots of feasting.

Codes Geass's was pretty insane. And one other I'd mention Angel Beats due to Nao's insanity in episode 6

The opening sequence of Elfen Lied is pretty memorable; it's probably the goriest scene in the anime and sets the tone for the rest of the series.

Because systematically gassing people and shooting people trying to escape just because you want to prove some bullshit theory and stroke your ego... well that's a bit fucked up.

But yea, End of Evangelion is a pretty good choice... since it involves the entire movie and just about everyone.

Freeza, Freeza, FREEZA. Dang, man.

His maniacal laugh session afterwards just completes the scene. I don't think anyone ever really topped that. With Majin Buu, it was more of a joke really.
