Is the MC the only one who doesn't know Arina's true personality?
This is a harem right?
If so then does that mean Arina is ok with sharing Yuuki around with the others?

Yes, Yuuki doesn't know about Arina true personality, he doesn't even know what's actually happening behind his back.

Yes, this is harem. So far the relationships between the girls are hostile and they cooperated because of Yuuki.

There's been a torrent of these ordinary dude gets sent into an alternate fantasy universe and has to be a hero kind of stories.

I think this one's the most uniquely interesting.

well, he got his training from a certain M-ish (hidden Y) of a childhood friend . . . and from the looks of it, I think she's the only girl he had ever befriended back on Earth ....unless, of course, a certain Y childhood friend made a 'pass' on them girls....

Not sure about friends or whatnot, but for what I remember, he was immensely popular without even trying due to the cool side of his pesonality (attentive & never lets alone someone in distress). I think he chose himself "not being aware" of this.

I think Arina implied that once in middle school, every girl in the same school year was in love with Yuuki

(now, if so, was this thanks to Arina or due to Yuki's charisma?). That's part of why "normal" Arina is so desperate in sharing time with him, he is highly valued goods

I guess all this story is missing is a Yandere-Tsundere combination and a Yandere Little Sister. If characters like that appear, this story will be all set.

Spoiler: Myst and Roze are trying to get Yuuki attention, while Arina who is busy, is confident that she is number one. Both Myst and Roze are playful: - Myst not only goes commando, but she activated her mist ability to get naked so Yuuki will chase and look for her. In the last chapter she delusion Yuuki violated her in jealousy. - Roze jokingly tell Yuuki that she doesn't hesitate to use her authority and put him behind the bars so that he will stay with her, which doesn't seem like a joke to us readers.
