I want that Rock/Dragon fossil Pokemon!

Though I am still sad that MegaCharizard isn't Dragon/Fire.

It seems to me that this generation wants to stop the domination of dragons in competitive battling. I mean Dragonite Salamence Garchomp and Hydreigon are all big in competitive formats. Altaria is usable so is kingdra the fairy thing makes them much more interesting. The ice fossil is gonna be good cause of the ability to turn normal attacks into ice ones. As for the starters. Grass final evo is horrible. Fire is meh water reminds me of the geico gecko but blue

Mega Mewtwo Y = Kid Buu/Frieza final form
Mega Mewtwo X = Gotenks absorbed Buu/Frieza second form

Also, Team Flare = Team FABULOUUUUUUUUS~

Based on the starter evolution attacks, it looks like it might be Grass/Ground, Fire/Psychic, and Water/Flying.

The only thing I wanna find out is when u can trade because im working on a plan to get all 3 starters and all 3 mega evolutions of the kanto starters

In the other games, it was sometimes after the first gym, was it not ?
For Mega, it seems you have to wait after the fourth gym...

It was already revealed that MegaCharizard is still Fire/Flying though he has Drought now.

Would have rather he went Fire/Dragon. They also seem to troll us as his dex info is talking about his large wings for flying even though Gamefreak knows many wanted Charizard to be a real Dragon.

In general, Nintendo doesn't do bans, other than class-bans like "No legendaries"
The only specific bans I recall are Darkrai's special move and the glitched Sky Fall.
The only limitations I hear about Megas are that you can only have one on your team.

that's a fairly limited selection of mega forms if this turns out to be legit, i mean most people are just going to use those pokemon because of the power the mega forms give them and out of a roster of like 700 limiting(guess total of all the pokemon including x and y) any them down to about 50 is not a smart idea
