Really? You're kidding, right? Between the "Oh, you're about to betray me" look Aizen gave him last week, and the Gin-only color page this week talking about taking different paths, and (in case you still didn't get it) it actually saying "What are Gin's true intentions?!" on the second frickin' page of the chapter this week, you really couldn't see it coming? Really?! Stevie Wonder saw that coming!

Whatever Ginny may or may not be at leash he isn't as repressed as Ichigo. Poor Ichigo has a literal and figurative girl in his closet, that comes out and releases his "true" self which happens to be a person who walks around with a gigantic phallic object using it to kill metaphorical vaginas (or, to look at it another way, Ichigo tries to insert his phallic object inside obviously masculine creatures in order to "purify" them).... |

Ichimaru Gin ftw, I kind of thought someone would have a struggle with killing Aizen, but I guess not, oh well so much for "god" well maybe..

I think Gin will turn out to be a villain with his own scheme of getting the king's key and joined Aizen, because of it and nowhe betrayed Aizen so he can have the key to himself

I have a heavy feeling that Gin was doing all this to save Matsumoto (She most definitely isn't 'dead'. Gin most likely administered a bit of his drug to induce some sort of a fake death-state so Aizen can't detect her reiatsu).
He may actually be a very involved hidden agent in all this. Beyond stating the obvious, anyone else imagine what it'd be like to have Gin as a good guy around Ichigo? That'd be totally delicious. I don't want him to die either. That said, I think it's far too early for Aizen to die either. |

Just watching the anime, and I've realised the heavy parallels between Aizen and Barragan
Both have a power which they believe to be supreme Both think they are god Both can dissolve things that come close to them Both ended up with a hole in their chest containing something small which will dissolve them from that point outwards? Coincidence or Kubo trolling? |

It's official. Kube is the Eastern equivalent to Vince Russo. Seriously, an editor needs to step in, slap the guy in the head and tell him flatly "Shocking Swerves are not good story telling".
Only the most gullible readers are even falling for any of this. Hell, only the most genre blind readers even thought that Gin was a bad guy (granted, a sad number of people were surprised by Itachi's twist in Naruto). Aizen is not going to kill anyone. Ever. If they have a name, they will not be killed. If they appeared even ONCE before they encountered Aizen, they will survive. Any time anyone comes remotely close to dying, some "shocking twist" will save them. No one is going to kill Aizen. As long as there is a single major character that hasn't made an attempt, or there is a single loose plot thread (that Kubo remembers about), Aizen will survive everything that's thrown at him. The series has degraded into "What convoluted thing is going to stop Aizen from doing anything really evil" and "How many idiots are going to look shocked when Aizen tanks their attack". |
