I`m looking for something like fate stay/night, shakugan no shana, zero no tsukaima .
so a action /romance /echhi thing (ecchi is not a must )
i want there to be a good male lead in hes` late teens
|||some intimacy at least kissing|||
school setting would be nice but it`s not a must either.

i`ll give you an exampel of other anime that i`ve seen so you get a better idea

it`s been a while since i did this and i watched most of them, so you can now also suggest just romance animes with alot of intimacy.
so action is not a must now

I'll just copypaste one of my post:

Hidan no Aria

It's about a student, Kinji, who is a Butei (a sort of agent that works behind the scenes to prevent huge stuff), but that would like to have a normal school life and so wants to quit the Butei School. One day however, on his bicycle a bomb is planted, and he's forced to run fast while a machine gun with wheels pursuits him (rofl scene), and he's saved by another butei who happens to be a girl.

He'll momentaneily become her partner for just one mission, but it won't obviously be only one mission. This anime is never boring because it provides load of action every episode; it got a lot of romance, got some ecchi and the characters are very likeable. It's nothing like dark or depressing, got some funny moments, but it's mainly a romance/action, exactly what you are looking for. Character's age is around 16+. The first two episodes will be enough to get you into the series, here a screenshot:

It is similar to Zero no Tsukaima in terms of characters or atmosphere (Male lead, pink haired tsundere, loads of action and more than kisses)

Is a male lead a must? Because the closest I know to Fate series is Mai HiME.
In second half it comes to fighting between each other, has romance as well.
Some great soundtracks, good animation and interesting characters but the lead is a female and first half is more of a comedy but second half after episode 16 gets darker.

Really liked the series myself so I would recommend to give it a try.

If ecchi is not a must then,
Fate/Zero - 100 times better animation than fate/stay night plus the heroic spirits in this one are above and beyond anything in fate/stay night. (except for Saber and Gilgamesh they are the same)

I'll suggest Nodame Cantabile. It has all the features you ask for except the kissing. Like many anime romances, it takes pretty much the entire show to develop. There's more intimacy between the main characters in the sequels.

If you liked shakugan and zero, you should try Toradora. Same tsundere pretty much in all 3 (same VA as well). Not too much action though

Ranma 1/2 - Romance, Slapstick farce of an action show
Crest of the Stars - Action, Romance
Katanagatari - Action, Romance, a bit wordy the first three episodes.
A Certain Magical Index - Action, a bit of romance
Mirai Nikki - Dark Action Romance

Chaos;Head also fit your requirements : it has some action, has mystery, has some romance, has MC with a dark past and also some intimacy at the end (it has 12 episodes), even though there's no ecchi scenes.

Fate/Zero - Since you are an F/SN fan, you should watch this. It's a prequel with movie-like animation and a much grittier story with its willing participants.
