Fun 1st episode.
I only read the manga, which I didn't like that much because it seems sloppy in its story. But seems this was originally a LN, so it makes sense now that the first episode seemed so different panel wise from the manga. Since manga adaptations of LN imo in most cases are bad. The anime seems much more streamlined.

Well, a fair start I'll say; kept me entertained well enough. It was within expectations as well, so it was quite a satisfying watch. I'm hoping this standard keeps for the rest of the season, but that would be expecting much, no?

This is quite a unique one. A boy with a special power and a princess who acts on logic and questions the actions and emotions of others. Well since it's the first episode and all, I can potentially see some good chemistry between Souta and Nanami since she'll most likely act as a guideline for the him, like a "social mentor" of sort.
I have to say, it's already day one and he already conquered the super friendly busty rich girl. A little too fast in terms of plot exposition, but you still have to give props when it's due. I'll definitely be following this one, and I'm loving Nanami already. I feel this will be a good one, can't wait to see where this goes.

I actually thought that the show would have the balls to kill off a character in the very first episode, for a moment there. But then, the last few minutes confirmed it's genre.
I suspect there's more than meets the eye to Akane, here, too. I wonder whether she deliberately approached Souta for a very particular and specific reason..... and the Conquered flag at the end is hilariously funny. Somehow though, I get the inkling that some dialogue was cut out, given how fast the resolution was - almost it was an abridged version of the actual scene. I do have to give the show credit, for making me badly want to see the world through Souta's eyes though. |

bad.... pretty bad pacing wise. Its like mahou sensou all over again but in that one. The first episode cramp one volume and introduce all important characters.
here they almost burn 1 volume but introduce only the heroine for that volume. watching it stand alone. They could do better in pacing for the episode. The transition for each scene is pretty fast and dialogue is also pretty fast for me. If you ask me. This episode is bad.

I droped manga myself, but aside of it being fairly generic (which is NOT problem on it's own) first episode is not bad as stand-alone work. Pacing is perfectly alrigh as long as you don't remember clearly original work as myself or if you are anime watcher only.

True, they re-arrange the order but the pacing for the episode? its pretty fast if you ask me. Specially the dialogue. I also don't like much the bgm or rather I didn't even notice it being played in the beginning scene where Nanami first saw Souta or the scene where Souta override the death flag. Its just pretty fast pace for me.

ohh... what a way to start my spring season anime...
This anime is... sooo random... with that moe-loli art and darker beginning I thought that they will use generic-harem anime start... with cheerful stuff, etc well, so far, Akane and Nanami are interesting.... and the main lead is exceptionally weird a harem anime with darker background seems worth to be followed |

Still confused as to how kissing the girl saved her from a supposed life ending injury. XD
Yeah, not terribly impressed by the show. I do like Kayanon's Akane, and loved how the flags keep dropping but reappear soon after. But apart from that, it doesn't have anything interesting for me that separates it from even just the harem anime that's airing this season.
