Man, I'm only on the 50th chapter, but I've got a real heavy theory that Karma and the chairman are related. The red hair, the same location, the lack of seeing each other thus far, and just the genius and manipulative way they act are waaaayyy to convenient... Anihood called it first...

This video gave the impression of a visual novel, but it was still good. If they do the anime with such an atmosphere, it may end up being a very good adaption, it's one of the best character-focused shounen lately, no wonder, as the manga managed to get ahead of even One Piece several times.
