Sad episode, especially at the end with what happened to Arua and also Ryner's dialog about why people like him exist.

It seems like next episode there is going to be a good amount of action with Froude fighting some other guy with pink hair who also carries a ring.

That part was so clichéd and forced, it was rather painful sitting through it. I pity Fukuyama for having to read that inane drivel of a monologue out loud.

For Episode 10, it was great seeing Ferris talk Ryner down like that, Claugh and Noa make a cute pair, makes it to her rescue just in time it seems.

For Episode 11, I really liked it, especially the part where Ryner copied the priests spell, their reaction was priceless. I wonder if maybe they were trying to get the Alpha Stigma from that boy the way the pink haired guy, tried to do.

He succeeded because Arua has not completed going into berserk mode yet. Except for Ryner, there is no way an Alpha Stigma bearer can go back to sanity after going berserk fully.

As the guy who lost his arm said it isn't Alpha Stigma.

Given the experimental nature of what the Runa knights are doing to Arua, I think there is hardly an expert on Alpha Stigma.

All they got is hearsay and myth. No actual study of it. Which pretty much tells the state of academics of this world. The Ryner Report must be the most comprehensive recent thesis on Heroes Relics. But knowledge of the nature of the relics is mostly lost or known to a exclusive few.

the series isn't "dark" yet. It has political intrigue in it but it has yet to go full blown evil. Shion has barely started cleaning house and very few innocents have yet to eat the full length of the sword. Lots of nobles are getting butchered and we get some flashbacks but this series can a whole lot darker, if you ask me.

The emotional outburst and crying over what they witnessed, the cradling of the kid, and Ferris' reaction is cliche. He's got a round trip ticket into her pants now. . . if she lives long enough. Bwahahaha!!!!

Also, has the map on the website been updated recently? The characters have moved around but the country borders haven't and I thought that at least one country was in the process of conquering another.

So? The Duke killed by lightning dude was working with the Runa Empire, not Gastark. Miran discovered this and coerced him to spill the beans. The two pink haired siblings try to blackmail the Runa king to ally with them instead of Roland.

Kiefer is at the border of Estolia and Stohl. It seems she goes through the list of countries she has to go through to get to Roland. The Gastark army can't be one country away. Roland is on the southern tip while Gastark is on the northern tip. They are working their way down. Miran points out they aren't an immediate threat yet.

The conversation between Miran and his father was kind of CREEPY. Why was he adopted? He kept rubbing his face and telling him he was always the "best." Then Miran tells him to leave the enjoyment for later. Ew. I hope they weren't implying anything. The reason he was killing nobles could be due to ... you know.

No No the light pink haired guy is an agent of Gastark sent to assassinate key figures in Roland.

As he said he can't accomplish his goals as Sion has surrounded himself such monsters.

The king of Runa was hoping to keep his alliance with Roland by supporting getting rid of Sion, similar to the Nelpha incident. The Orla sibling tell him that wont work as they sent a guy to kill Stareid. Gastark proposes its own alliance.

Milan kills almost all of them including his father. Except the noble he threatened to defect. A lot of good that did he was immediatedly killed by a light pink haired assassin. An assassin with a lightning version of Milan's ring! They are pretty much a match. So the guy uses a gem to blow everything up with blue fire and escape. Milan would have been dead if not for Claugh's dynamic entry. Milan was really perplexed why Claugh would save him. Sion's orders. Which he complained in letter earlier, Eslina read it but did not understand the context in front of Sion. Two lightning beasts try to kill Sion at his throne only to be destroyed by Lucile. The light pink haired guy complains Sion has such monters at his side. Meanwhile at Ryner and Ferris' excellent adventures. Ryner reminces what happened last ep. Ferris hits him teasingly, saying Ryner is pedo. Arua is still sleeping. Ferris manages to acquire a cab and horse she named Silver. She leaves Ryner in the dust. At the Runa castle a lot of guards are massacred by the Orla siblings, the pink haired Hero relic users. They are threatening the king in the name of the Gastark empire. Apparently he spilled the beans on Roland intruders, Ryner and Ferris, and about Arua. Kuu tells her brother Sui to pursue them to get Arua's Alpha Stigma. Later Ferris has Ryner driving the cab poking him with he sword to speed up as they are being pursued by Runa magic knights. Ryner goes on top of the cab and as the knight was about to use his magic technique he got Sharingan-ed by Ryner's version of his magic. They got blown. Meanwhile at the borders of Roland refugees from Stohl and others fleeing the Gastark advance, Keifer is at the head of the group. One thing I can say about Gastark. Damn somebody got the idea to collect Hero Relics and use them for conquest. Guess there is somebody like minded to Ryner. And Gastark's identifying trait is pink hair!

Ferris and Rnyer scenes aside, this episode had such a dark tone, which i really love to see. No surprise when Miran was the center of most of it. Boy was i surprised when Claugh appeared to save him. Pink hair is pretty cool, along with the return of the big hair bro and sis which was pretty . Best scene of the episode though had to be when Lucile opened his eyes. That sent chills right down my spine. Shocking to see that Keifer is appearing so soon. I'm pretty amazed at how fast the plot is moving now, we've got a country attacking someone else, nobles getting killed in Roland, and more stuff discovered by Ryner and Ferris every week now and more schemes from Miran by the day it seems. Little worried that Sion is still trusting Miran, since he was working with that Duke and that Duke had connections to the Gastark Empire does that mean that Miran was working with them as well? I'm wondering if there's going to be a major war between the Gastark Empire and Roland later on actually, the map on the website doesn't seem to have updated recently but it sounds like both of them are conquering their neighbors like crazy. Also, has the map on the website been updated recently?
